Update:After massive escalation, this situation was resolved. Glad it eventually was taken care of.I have switched over to recharge recurring from bold almost a week ago and requested help to migrate. They do not offer phone support and the email help is extremely lackluster. It has been a week of back and forth and I have lost thousands of dollars. A true nightmare!
