Caring for those across the miles. Fariba is one exceptional agent. Her concern dosent just work when you are the paying customer in her book, it goes on to the next location. She recently spent valuable time making sure all credits, all discounts and total satisfaction was proper for a customer moving out of state. Who does that anymore?!? Fariba and Kyle her awesome staff person does! Obviously they are exceptional!

Over the years that I lived in So. California I never had use for my insurance, but what I found so reassuring about having Fariba’s office handling my insurance needs is that I never felt as though I were just another client. When it came time to call on them to help me, they always started by making sure I was okay and reassuring me with their professionalism and class that matters would be handled as quickly as possible with as little interruption to my life as possible.I have always been reassured by my insurers. Now that I have moved out of state, I will miss the confidence of knowing I am well looked after as much as I will miss living in SoCal.

AMAZING insurance agents! Have been with them for DECADES. Just had a wonderful insurance check up with Brennan. She is super smart and kind and knowledgeable. The entire office is great and they have been fantastic to work with. Highly recommended. We have ALL our policies with them and State Farm gives you a multi-discount for that.

Ask for Kyle. Hes helpful/friendly meets competent/quick. He offers solid, honest advice to help you select the best policy. The office even calls you to wish you a happy birthday.

Filed a claim, was told “everything is good with the car, get some rest. Another firm is liable but State Farm would cover the excess and look after car.”I checked in multiple times, say they’re still working on it.Get a call from the impound a month later after checking in 4 times with State Farm saying I owe 3k plus because the cars sitting there. Call State Farm to see what’s happening. Fariba is never in the office so don’t even try. And if you get Nick he’ll tell you the exact opposite of what he told you a month ago... and then tell you it’s your fault for not calling him. I know ge guys voice I’ve talked to him enough times and he had the audicity to say I was wrong.Honestly the worst customer service I have ever dealt with in my life. I will be leaving State Farm and encourage all close to me to protect themselves and do the same.Disgraceful

I have been with Faribas office for over a decade and have all of my insurance policies from car to home to life insurance with them because they are so kind, helpful and knowledgable. Everyone you talk to from Kyle to Rebecca is amazing. I have friends who go through accidents etc and have an awful time with insurance companies. State Farm has always been fair and generous to me. Worth it.
