Dont buy this groupon. Startronics is shut down. I went to the Wilshire address and waited till they opened which they didnt. I called the number and a guy gave me a new address on S.M.Blvd and 20th street and said they dont take Groupon and they arent startronics and that they took their phone number. Total rip off!!!

I purchased a voucher through Living Social to have my windows tinted by Startronics. I called when COVID first hit and spoke with the owner who said they were not open but to keep checking back. I have called weekly and now that things have opened they do not even answer their phone! The website, Yelp and everywhere else I check say they are open but no matter if I call or email I get no response so. My voucher expires in two more days and I have been out the $250.00 I spent for over three months. Hey guys, I’m struggling in these COVID times too and thought I would help support a local small business. I see that it is NOT appreciated by this particular business at all.

We recently purchased a voucher from groupon in September to get our windows tinted and have been calling non stop to make an an appointment but no one has ever answered the phone or called back. Every time I would look up this place it said it was open but no one ever responded, after trying for a whole month I decided to drive down to Startronics to just show up hoping they will tint my car because it says theyre open. To my shock they were closed but online said theyre open. Overall this place has no professionalism, in covid times we were trying to help out a local business, but it looks like they really dont care. We definitely asked groupon for our money back and we took our business elsewhere to Sunshield in the valley. Thats a real company with professionals tinting your car the right way. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

This shop has been in business for a long time & held a pretty good reputation in the automotive after market industry for everything from High end Tints & Wraps & paint protection to Security & even light performance upgrades like complete disc brake upgrades... You must be doing quite a few things right to maintain a reputation like that... Its not a large shop so its best to make an appointment if you want things to go the smoothest.

I had a really great experience here. I was lucky enough to walk in and get taken care of right away, and the guys there were really friendly. They got my little SUV done in 1-2 hours, and it was a very reasonable price. The windows looked great, and I get compliments on it all the time. RECOMMENDED!

DO NOT THERE!!!Went and got my front two windows tinted and the Owner did a terrible job. Windows had not only multiple air bubbles but wrinkles in the corners. Because of this I have him redo the tint and not only does he mess up the tint, but he also scratched the leather on the door panel. This man denied the entire thing and never admitted to any wrong doing. I’m not writing this review to bash the owner but to save someone else the horrible experience that I had.

Best customer service I have had in quite a while. Good product and fast installation. Needed my window done fast and they have a 100% guarantee, which they honored right away! They also made my car cooler with UV, UVA and UVB protection. You have to look up all the great benefits of this type of protection. Thanks Eddie

They claimed to sell me 3m crystalline tint but 3M determined it wasnt after it started to bubble and peel. Startronics would not fix or replace the bad tint. This place is a rip off. Run far away from this place.

Talking with this location made it obvious they are not well informed about available technology.Before you visit this store make sure you do your homework about what you want - this store will tell you something isnt possible when it actually is!The inaccuracy was so great I didnt bother asking about installation costs.

I stopped by for simple battery replacement. It cost 0.71c per piece on amazon. I asked them to change it and they told me that its 12,5$ per piece. Its what drove me crazy that guy after opened and inspected remote control told me that i need two batteries, that i found very suspicious and i checked online and only one battery goes inside.So charging 12,5$ is not enough, you need to steel peoples money?I refused service, but have to leave bad review.I truly believe that if they have shady business even for small things they apply it for majority of their business. Would stay away from this store if i was you

WORST experience ever! Eddy had such an attitude and tried to sell me everything under the sun along with what was in his toilet after I told him I purchased a GROUPON Deal that his shop advertised! As soon as I let him know about the coupon and I was not going to go for any of his UPSALE scam he did everything he could to get rid of me! I told him to give me my car and was determined to let everyone know what bad shop this is...... User beware!

Ya Good Place Tint your Windows neither way

Im giving 4 stars for the price but Im sitting outside waiting in front of a closed store with the open sign on. Ive tried calling multiple times with no answer. Now Im waiting around an hour in case the owner decides to come back.

I bought a Groupon deal which was advertised as 3m tint. They installed knock off cheap brand, after less than a year tint looks like c*ap.

Great service very friendly and helpful

This company does not do homes as they advertise. When I called to inquire about it, they simply hung up on me. Not a way to entise people to want to spend their money.
