My experience with Digital Installers began with a thorough site survey by the owner and detailed recommendations for appropriate equipment and setup. I first used Digital Installers when I moved into a new place last Fall and wanted the TV put on the wall. The men who came were fast, clean, and professional. So when, 6 months later, I needed a cable box removed from behind the TV, I called them again. Once again, the gentleman showed up right on time, did exactly what I needed done, and even invited me to release my three dogs, who were not happy to be confined to the bedroom. He managed to work while they played around his feet! Digital Installers aren’t cheap, but they know their stuff.

I have nothing but great things to say about Digital Installers. For context, I purchased a pair of heritage Klipsch speakers and a center channel from Digital Installers. Making an appointment to come to their studio in Long Beach was an effortless and pleasant experience. The person I spoke to on the phone was courteous and went out of their way to contact Rusty to make a same-day appointment. When I arrived at their studio, I was impressed at the variety of their equipment on display, how well everything was organized, and the staffs professionalism. Even my wife was impressed with their studio, even though she seemed more impressed with the decor. Rusty showcased the speakers in question by demoing them in their theatre room, which had room treatments. Another positive side note about the studio is that its used to demo a variety of technology which plays off of each other. Even if you’re looking at speakers, you still get to see what an LED ceiling treatment would look like and so on. Rusty made it very easy to pre-order the speakers I was looking for, sharing a ton of useful information to solidify my buying decision. Rusty is an exceptionally stand up guy, and it was a pleasure doing business with him. Highly recommend this company and will be coming back for anything in their wheelhouse.

We called Digital Installers after we discovered that our new home was not conducive to the Wi-Fi mesh network that we purchased elsewhere. Instead of being frustrated that our TV streaming services were slow and spotty, we called Digital Installers to hardwire our TV to our internet modem. They were fast to respond to our call, scheduled service within a week and the two gentlemen who did the work were extremely kind and professional. They explained everything to us in great detail and did exactly what they promised they would do. They are very trustworthy, professional experts and I will certainly use them in the future!

Right at the onset of the 2020 Pandemic I gave Digital Installers a call and I am overjoyed I did. I explained in detail what my goals were about mounting a giant tele over a fireplace and making the wires not so obvious. Then that it was requested that I snap a few pictures afterwards I was given an appointment time. The crew of two showed up promptly for my appointment time and the work was done in short order and I am SO HAPPY with the final results. Six people showed up on time at 8 am; installed eight tvs to the satellite; hooked up 12 speaker on a sonos system; hung 3 new cameras, installed an electronic door lock, and made sure I could manage the whole system through remotes or my phone. Rusty and his team are awesome! We had a bit of a crisis with an accidental screen crack and I had to get a new tv. I contacted Rusty and his team and they squeezed us in the VERY NEXT DAY! We have used Digital Installers on our new home and the past two homes. They have installed complete home sound and home theater systems for us and we have been very very happy with their work ethic and results. Highly recommended.

We had a problem after their initial installation. Called, wrote emails, and sent several text before getting any response. Rusty was more concerned about the fact that I didn’t ask how he was doing or that I didn’t offer any small talk with him before explaining my problem (which seemed like a really strange complaint he voiced to me when I actually got a hold of him). Although I paid them to properly install a system, he wanted more money to troubleshoot the fact it wasn’t working as designed. Extremely unprofessional correspondence and conversations with Rusty. I won’t refer them to anyone I know.

I contacted Digital Installers when I first relocated to the Long Beach CA area. They were very professional and friendly. Their work was of high quality. I temporarily relocated to Central CA. I asked if they serviced this area. Unfortunately, they did not. I soon will be relocating back to Long Beach and plan on contacting Digital Installers to update my services. Sandra

Had Digital Installers upgrade my TV, add a speaker to the surround sound and install a Sonos Systems. Installation was professionally done and the techs were very easy to work with. Very satisfied w/the equipment installed. Tech was easily available to answer my follow up questions regarding the universal remote.

These guys are great! I think they are quick and efficient (which is great when you are paying on a time and materials basis). They are friendly and professional. Their tech Robin is incredible he really knows his stuff. I had multiple issues with my control 4, lutron and colokinetics systems. Robin cleared up 8 of my issues right away and identified a new part needed which is on order already. I really struggled to find a good, trustworthy local company for to be my service provider - I think I have found them. Give digital installers a try!

Digital Installers created a wonderful media plan for our new home, and they worked hard and overcame many obstacles (unrelated to their work or products) to get everything up and running very well.They listened carefully as we explained what we did and didn’t want in the system. Then, they created a proposal for our consideration. We talked it through, and after some minor changes, we were ready to proceed.The installation was done cleanly and as quietly as possible. When the necessary components from our cable company were defective (twice!), the Digital Installers team had to work around the delays. They did so without any concern or complaint and made every effort to complete as much of the project as possible, so we could enjoy at least part of the new system while we waited for the cable company to replace its defective components.We are very satisfied and would highly recommend Digital Installers to family and friends.

I contacted Digital Installers a while back to install several WiFi hotspots in my home. The two techs that did the work were extraordinarily professional and explained everything I needed to know about the eero monitoring system. Recently, when one of my hotspots went down and everything I tried failed, I contacted them and they put me in touch with one of the same techs that did the original install. She ultimately was able to fix the problem remotely. I would highly recommend this company.
