Penske is hands down the best company to work with regarding one-way residential and commercial moves. I worked directly with Virginia at the Santa Maria location. As a customer, her service and attention to my moving needs were hands down the most attentive. A+++ service, best value for moving trucks. Virginia made scheduling a truck very easy and was super informative of my options. Id highly recommend working with these folks.

The truck I was given to rent had almost 200,000 miles,dirty in and out, cruise inop. Rollup door worked like it had a broken door spring.Not one panel was unmarked on it.Pulled to the right severely.In my 35 years of working in logistics Ive never seen such a poor quality vehicle rental.Penske has really gone downhill.

Great experience with renting a truck. Would forever go here instead of Uhaul. Cheaper than uhaul and much better service and truck was easy to load and unload

Rather expensive to rent a pickup for two hours or a day. Ask if miltary discount was given, yes but still high to rent truck. Left there went to u-haul rented nice pickup did what i had to do chg was quite cheap 63. 00 dollars for a day rental. Only issue was the office closed at 3:00 pm. Finished with pickup after couple hours but chg would have been sama. Two hours or 24 hours chg was 63. 00

I went today to inquire about renting a truck and a tow dolly. No one was at the front counter.I pushed the call for help button twice. After 15 minutes no one had come to the front to help me so I left.I will not be renting anything from that place.
