Excellent service! Their customer service is spectacular. Their staff is always so friendly when they come to pick up. Quick and easy!

Person setting up appt was very pleasant and even the persons that came out were very nice and fast. The only negative I will say is that they gave me an appt time and so my plans were to go to the location where the massive amts of files were to remove the papers from the manila folders so that manila folders were not included in the shredding. Well, approximately an hour and a half prior to the appt time I get a phone call saying they were headed over to the house. The end result was it ended up costing me tons more because since I didnt have the hour and a half to remove the file folders they were placed in the shredder. The company just needs to honor the time schedule that they make and not show up early. They were very nice who came out but I did feel pressured and felt like I was in a whirlwind while they were there. Now that I think back I should have refused for them to come early when I got the call so I blame myself for not doing that.
