Great place they always now how I need my prosthetics issues

I went here today for the first time, I had a good time, experience; took impression of my feet for my insoles and ordered a new pair of shoes for me.i liked the guy jerry that works with people.

Pour customer service. Called over a month ago and was told they could remake my shoe insole no problem. Would call when ready. Over month later no call. I call the office they put me on hold transferred me around and then gave me another runaround. Will see if the Dr can do it all get back to you! Terrible customer service and they continue to give me the runaround. Lack of interest in my needs. Almost like I was bothering them.

They have the best customer service and are really patient with my 1yo.

This place is no good I order a special color on my brace and they order me the wrong way and they are being rude telling me I’m stuck with the color I want. They don’t understand it’s a confident issue to me they don’t care all they care about is getting paid.
