Company was prompt but expensive for 30 minutes of work. They also changed the quote on me because they didnt have a common part in stock. I love the fix though. Worth the money overall.

City Glass replaced 7 windows and 3 Patio Doors and did a great job in every step of the process. Removal was fast and as clean it could be considering they had to cut them out of the stucco. All the window were perfect fitted. One patio door came with a bowed screen, which they are replacing but other than that close to a perfect installation. My wife was impressed by how clean they kept everything. No mess left anywhere, which is nice. I would highly recommend Dan and his team at City Glass.

Dan, Joel and their staff are amazing. We agonized about replacing our two old sliding glass doors but are thrilled with the new Milgard Tuscany series that Joel recommended. The crew who installed them (sorry guys, I couldn’t recall your names) were pleasant and professional. They explained everything that was going to happen and, most importantly, they left our house immaculately clean when they were done. The new doors are incredibly easy to move and lock and look beautiful. We will not hesitate to recommend City Glass for your glass needs.

Disappointed with the poor customer service. We have ordered windows from City Glass in the past. July 1st they installed a sliding door for our new home. However, they ordered (and installed) the wrong screen configuration. The installers told us that they had put in a work order with Millard and the correct screen would arrive in a few weeks. After four months of unreturned phone calls; we are still waiting to have this rectified. Once the check is cashed you will not hear from them again if there’s a problem.We have since used Specially Glass for our additional window replacement and installation needs.

Just moved to Santa Maria and needed help with shower door mod. They helped me get it right and fixed first time. Good service and good customer relations. Glad I used them!!!!!

Great honest hard workers. From storefronts to glass tabletops. They do it all and do it well.My 2 year old broke one of the tempered glass panels on our fireplace cover. Perfect replacement. I also got my sliding glass shower doors from them. Couldnt be happier.

Excellent experience with City Glass! They measured, ordered, and installed a custom shower enclosure in our newly remodeled master suite. They gave a great array of options for us and walked us through the entire process, keeping us updated each step of the way. Their attention to detail and great customer service was second to none!I would highly recommend them for your glass needs!

Just had a window installed today and absolutely love it! It took awhile to get someone to come and give me an estimate, but City Glass was the only glass company in the city who picked up the phone and arranged to have someone come and give me an estimate immediately. All the other glass companies that I called I had to leave messages and no one called me back until at least two weeks later. We had a lot of rain the previous month or so, so they were all very busy. Dan was very helpful and walked me through and explained everything to me since I dont know anything about windows. Very pleasant experience with them!

The bid from City Glass was $1500 below their competitors for our retrofit windows. Although it took awhile for the custom windows to arrive, I found the installers very professional. They moved and/or covered all our furniture and cleaned up nicely. Loving the new windows. Highest possible rating for City Glass!

We have planned for 8 years and have had 4 bids to have new windows installed. And from the first encounter with City Glass Customer Service to the Installers, their service is top notch truly a 5+ star business. We replaced 3 large sliders and 10 windows with Milgard Tuscany, they are so beautiful. Yes there are always a few hiccups in the process but the installers pointed out a few things and said Milgard will stand behind their product. We are so pleased I just want to shout a big thank you to the guy. I will refer 100%. They do not disappoint. Thank you City Glass Crew, you all are great.
