Very poor value. I had rented a brand new home for 10 mos., and it was only me, no wife kids nor pets, so the carpet was not dirty at all. I told him this over the phone but he insisted he charges by the sq ft. no matter what the condition of the carpet. He cleaned 1100 sq.ft. and was there for all of 27 mins. from start to finish! When he was done I asked him to reconsider his price and he said no. So I begrudgingly paid the $245.00 and would not recommend him to anyone. He clearly knows what he is doing, but his pricing is way too high and not a good value at all. He got me once, but that is extremely short-term thinking as I will never recommend him and will discourage friends from using his services. Recommend you have an in-person quote before hiring any carpet cleaner, which, in hindsight, I should have done.

Pacific Carpet Cleaning, as always, made my older carpets look brand new. The crew is also efficient, as it takes only about 1/2 hour to clean the entire house. And, and top of all of that, the service is as friendly as youd hope from someone coming into your home. A+

Absolute highway robbery. Literally almost $500 to clean a 1 bedroom apartment that had 1 room with carpet. I lived at my last apartment for way longer and put half the effort into cleaning it as i did this place and paid half the cleaning costs. Literally charged for every window, door, and blind even though I was told it wouldnt be that much.
