Horrible experience!!!! We called to get our couches washed and our tile and grout cleaned, in the beginning the owner was very professional. He explained how some type of acid would be used to help remove the buildup on tile and grout and how every grout line would be scrubbed. They showed up a little late which was fine and began with our couches. The couches turned out as clean as expected. Once they got to the tile however their work got sloppier as they advanced as if they rushed it to just finish. Once my husband let them know that he was unhappy with the result and scrubbed a little area with a simple toothbrush and water to show him how it was so dirty, the owner was not having it. He threw the race card and said that’s why I don’t like to do work for you Mexicans (even though he was Hispanic himself) he said all you do is complain and want discounts. Not once did we ask for a discount. We would have paid whatever amount was asked for a good job. We just wanted our tile cleaned and a good job at it. He told my husband come on are you perfect at your job? My husband being a general contractor responded tried his best at what he does and doesn’t like things done messy or halfway. After being disrespectful as much as he could he was asked to leave and was resistant to leave. I am very disappointed this was very unprofessional behavior also my dining room table top got damaged with their cleaning detergent (they set all of the wet couch cushions on top of it).

I was thinking of paying fr their services but thats good that i looked and at the reveiws and saw your review @daniela tysm for letting me know that they were so rude.

I needed the tile and some upholstery cleaned in my home. I called other companies and the quotes were between $100-150 more than Mighty Home Services. Alex, came out right away, gave me a fair quote and proceeded to do an excellent job! What impressed me was that they spent nearly an hour cleaning a sectional. The last company, who charged me $270 to clean it, spent about 15 minutes. Definitely will use again.

No comment, they did the cleaning but the guy said that the carpet would be dry with in 5 hours. It’s being more than two days and is no dry and besides that it smells they left a lot of water in the carpet. Really bad experience.
