Gigantic pies, clothes, huge snack bags, camping supplies, coffee, dog food etc. They have a lot of meat, it looked good. Minimal interaction with staff. They do check your receipt and items at the exit. The food court area had decent pizza.

Charlotte, who i am assuming is some sort of Supervisor/Manager was at Checkout telling EVERY customer how much easier things would be if customers did this and that. Back to back, pestering customers “ If you put your cart here, it will be easier for my cashier .” I understand you close at 8, but her attitude was definitely showing priority to getting home on time and carrying less about how she was speaking to Sam’s club customers.

Tire department service is horrible, even by Santa Fe standards. Takes 2-3 weeks to receive your tire order. Then, they’re only open 2 days a week so good luck scheduling an appointment. Been redialing for 90 minutes to schedule an appointment and still waiting for them to answer. Hard to beat the price, though.

It was a pretty good trip we use the self scan so we were in and out in a no time we like the new features of the walk-in refrigerator for the produce and milk.

Came to buy gas. Most of the parking lot is blocked off with no signage. When we asked a worker how to get to the gas pumps, he responded angrily as if we were inconveniencing him. When we got to the pumps, some were not working with no indication. Sams Club you can do much better. Frustrating customers isnt good business

The environment has changed since the pandemic started,now Sams club looks and feels more cleaner than ever,the steps taken to have a covid free establishment are great!The aisles are well organized and comfortable to do the shopping fast and with a peace of mind.The employees are very knowledgeable of what there position is, courteous and helpful.I definitely will keep coming back to Sams club and I encourage my friends and relatives to shop in this great and neat place.

Issues in the past but this was the last straw…. Bought 4 tires 6 months ago, came with repair warranty. Had to make an appointment to have flat fixed, service person taking call kept saying “if it can be fixed” 🤔. It was a tread leak, not a sidewall puncture. Went shopping during repair, quickly got a call to return to service to discuss buying a new tire. Couldn’t be fixed 🤔, they didn’t have it long enough to check! Told him to just put tire back in my car, he was rude. I even had the leak marked with tape. Took tire to Eldorado Automotive and they fixed it in a jiffy. Not sure if this is their usual ploy to up sell or just thought a woman wouldn’t know any better and be an easy mark for being cheated. Never going back!

Always a great experience. If you go late the self checkout isnt open butt its not really busy so youll have an easy checkout with cashiers. I myself have ordered online and pickup at store and its fast, easy and convenient. Always someone around to help answer questions or help with bulky items. Never had a bad experience there and Ive been shopping at Sams Club for 10 years now.

What can be said about Sams club? I went in to buy another years worth of admittance wondering as usual if its worth the money. If they have what you want, you get it cheaper than elsewhere if you dont count the membership.

Who doesnt love Sams Club? Well stocked, clean, helpful and friendly staff and something for everyone.

Its an OK store and they have some good buys and seasonal items. We like going here. However, some of their staff arent exactly helpful. Id say its a good enough store for what it provides as a warehouse store. Nothing outstanding. Ill still drive to Albuquerque for Costco any day.

Unfortunately the store stop selling skim milk, then they stop selling Tropicana orange juice, they have a big selection of alcohol and a small selection sodas. The pharmacy is overwhelmed and understaffed and the pharmacy inventory is very limited and if you present a prescription expect to wait at least a day or two before it will be filled because they have to order the medicine. For good Pharmacy I would suggest Albertsons first

You can find almost anything here in bulk! Its great for large families or businesses! They have everything you can think of.

Initially my friend who accompanied me forgot his mask, thank you to the gracious young man greeting us having a box of spares at arms reach. The store was not overly crowded but due to covid-19 the meat stock was severely depleted for the mothers day weekend and that was our sole reason for visiting the store. Also the cashier had stayed that their entire shipment of flowers had failed to arrive. Take into consideration these things before visiting or call ahead. Otherwise it was just another day at Sams club. Dont forget your mask!

Love having access to the items and value, however they lack some of favorite items so I need to stop at other stores to get what I need. Vanilla soy milk and my brand of pet food arent carried here. That being said, staff Ive encountered has been helpful and kind, I see sanitizer between customers at self checkout and the book prices make me happy 😊

All my great reviews for Sams Club, n they NO longer carry my Whey Protein powder. Overall great products they carry.

Clean, well-managed store. Recent upgrades to cheese/dairy aisles. Ground beef I purchased was fresh (not brown). Cheesecake I bought was delicious. Rotisserie chicken was excellent and cost only $5. Clearance on clothing, purchased an Eddie Bauer jacket for $15. Self-checkout was fast. This is a great place to shop.

Lines are all the way to other end of building, but it only took about half hour to 45 minutes to get in. Really nice that there are absolutely no lines to check out. People are pretty friendly and helpful. Store was clean and stocked with most things, just low on paper goods. We also arrived there at 930...they open at 10. Good luck and stay healthy

Did a pickup order. It only took a few minutes. Good service. Last time I went in, the store is in its Covid-19 arrangement. I would leave it that way after the epidemic is over. I like it better.

The usual with Sams. Nice, clean speed gas station and buy stuff.

Its alright okay. Especially the pharmacy which is very good. Get all my shots there. Plenty of social distance due to square footage. Best place for smoked salmon, cheese. and deli meats at value for cost.Watch out for the parking lot which is on a slope. You can get cart smacked on your car door pretty easy.

If I could I would give their tire center 0 stars! Worst customer service ever! Their tire center is an efing joke! Do not get your tires from this place! Give Discount Tire, Costco, or even a mom and pops tire center your business. Youll save yourself so much more time, hastle, money and (more importantly) your sanity!

Today we stopped by in search of food that we cant buy in enough bulk at regular grocery stores and in the past it has been great... but today the food looked old. It was discolored and dry. We were so so disappointed we actually left and went to other stores to buy the items. The parking lot is also always a nightmare. I now only park on the right side of the parking lot when pulling in since I have been nearly hit several times in the left side of the parking lot. This Sams has been going downhill in the last year.

We received an email telling us our order was ready. We arrived at Sams and parked in a spot. We used the Sams app to let them know we were waiting. An attendant verified our identity and loaded the groceries in the car. Only human contact from start to finish was identity check. Only two items out of stock. Very good experience from start to finish.

Friendly employees, but some things just not in stock.The scan and go app would not work to check out. Total waste of time still had to go back and stand in line.

It was nice until we checked out there was no boxes to put your stuff in, we found a case box and the cashier tossed everything back in the cart and put the box on top we were still putting stuff in the basket and she turned around and got on her phone. The waiting in line was cold and Im disabled so it was a very long wait. 75 people in the store is a joke inside the store was was empty. To pay for the commercial plan and have employees act like they are being bother just by asking a question.

Everything in stock. They have downgraded their toilet paper and are charging more. The toilet paper Scotts Brand is at a higher cost too. They are always out of the Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter non chewy protein bars lately. I hope they havent stopped selling them.

Bought 4 tires from this Sam’s Club. Made an appointment to get them rotated and balanced. However, Their Rep. said I could be a walk in and possibly get it done. Took a chance and went there for service. Well, the Mechanics did me a solid by doing the needed rotation / balance. Able to cancel the appointment for which I was sincerely grateful. I think these Guys are awesome!!! Furthermore, the customer service my Wife and I have routinely received from other departments has been just as good. No kidding!

This club is hit and miss. Sometimes I feel like its just a mess other times Im really pleased. Ive had the club completely mess up orders and other times I get someone who makes my day. 3 stars is exactly right.

I bought a HP desktop computer at Sams Club in Santa Fe last summer. A few weeks ago the screen just went black. Still has HP warranty, but is outside of Sams return period of 90 days. Sams Santa Fe told me at the time (twice) that even though their return period had expired, I could get a store credit. I couldnt go to the store though because of COVID.As I liked the PC and did not want to give up that easily I worked with HP customer support for days, reinstalled the system multiple times and got it to work for a few weeks. Now its acting up again. HP tells me its not a hardware problem so its not a warranty case; and today a very disinterested supervisor at Sams Santa Fe informs me that Sams will not stand by their product after all and will not issue at least a store credit.I feel abandoned and screwed over both by HP and Sams. Sams in particular couldnt care less about their customers. Selling a defective product and then shrugging off any responsibility is completely unacceptable. This would never happen at Costco, a far superior outfit in every way (no, theyre not paying me to write that).Sams just lost a good customer over this. Ive spent tens of thousands of dollars there over the past few years, but now Ive had enough of their underpaid, poorly trained staff, their indifference and their non-existent customer care. You dont value me as a customer? Ill take my business elsewhere. Well be cancelling our membership.Interesting footnote: Just told friends about our experience. They were about to order an expensive refrigerator at Sams. They will now buy it from Best Buy or online. Would have been cheaper for Sams to make it right and honor their prior commitment.

Sams Club is a really great place to purchase bulk food items for your family and your business. They have many other items like electronics, tools, clothing, tires and paper goods for home and office. Paid membership is required and this is a powerful motivator for return shopping visits. But, the really super reason for going to Sams Club is the incredible pizza slice combo available at the snack bar. For less than $3, you get a huge slice of pizza and a jumbo fountain drink! The best value anywhere in the western hemisphere! The annual membership fee is worth every penny in hot pizza.

Quite a variety BUT Albuquerque Sams Clubs have way different assortments of items. Hopefully Santa Fe Sams will get on trend and offer different items
