We had the best time in Santa Fe. We had booked a home with another vacation rental company for a family get together and that other company cancelled on us the day before arrival. We found a wonderful home with Fridays Off in Santa Fe. Germaine was absolutely amazing to work with. She came to the home to meet us and make sure we were settled in. There was a beautiful welcome basket when we arrived at the home. I thought our family vacation was ruined, but Germaine saved the trip. We stayed at the Lorenzo property, the hot tub and firepit were exactly what we needed to unwind and relax. We will not stay with anyone else but Germaine.

Stay away from this company if you are looking for capable property managers. I requested the owners of Fridays Off, Germaine and Vince, to cancel our Contract, but they would not. I had charges made to my account that I requested the Real Estate Commissioner investigate and its still pending due to the Corona Virus. If you want peace of mind, shop around for knowledgeable managers who will not just talk but actually protect you and your properties. My one and only insurance claim in decades was under their watch.

Germaine Gomez is a really responsive and supportive person.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS RENTAL COMPANY! I am normally one to be forgiving, but this was hands down the worst vacation rental experience I have ever had. This company is horrible, unprofessional, and completely lacks any sort of customer service. We were switched to a new property 2 days before driving down to Santa Fe. When we arrived, the driveway was locked and we were left in the dark with no instructions on how to check in. They were incredibly hard to get in touch with, and when we finally did, they were disrespectful, abrasive, and rude. Germaine’s voicemail box is consistently full and she is incredibly unhelpful when an issue arises. Vince is ill-mannered and insolent. Do whatever you can to make the right choice and rent from someone else!

I was absolutely disgusted with this company. They are extremely unprofessional. I was honestly shocked and horrified by the way they speak to people especially the woman that goes by the name of Germaine. I have never felt so absolutely humiliated and disrespected in my life. literally, a circus ape of moderate intelligence could have been nicer. Please steer clear of this company, Im not being facetious, they are horrible people.

Some of the rudest and most unprofessional people in the business that I have ever had the displeasure of interacting with. I attempted to contact them numerous times about a rental and when finally contacted, was treated rudely when I asked more detailed questions about the property. I rented a property for $2.5k a month from one of their competitors instead.Furthermore, calling people vulgarities on public forums while openly declaring that you work for this company is not how you conduct a reputable business.

The property was everything it promised! Our luxury vacation rental was amazing. The views from the upstairs patio were absolutely gorgeous!Well-spoken Santa Fe style in a comfortable setting. Our short walk to the world famous Plaza kept us busy with everything you should see, do, and eat while visiting this rich city.Breakfast at Tia Sophias, Lunch at the Shed, and dinner at Santa Cafe made our short stay well worthwhile (again, all within walking distance from our vacation rental)Also, the property management firm, Fridays Off in Santa Fe were Fantastic! They welcomed us upon our arrival and made us feel right at home! Props to them! We definitely recommend Fridays Off in Santa Fe, for your vacation rental accommodations.

When dealing with property managers I experienced good clear communication while my questions were answered with facts and history of the company along with history of beautiful city of Santa Fe. I definitely will recommend them to long term property renters or short term vacation tourist renters. Thank you Friday’s Off for making our experience exceptional and memorable. We rented a house for our guests to stay in while visiting. The owners of Fridays Off met me at the property a day before to ensure we were familiar with all its amenities. The location is awesome, a garage to park in, and more than enough room in side & out to make a memorable stay.Both of our friends visiting Santa Fe, said they want to come back & rent this same house.There was a welcome basket on the kitchen table with healthy fruit & tempting snacks. Overall GREAT value!

We have stayed with Germaine’s company (Fridays Off in Santa Fe) for the last 3 years and each time our stays are more amazing and memoriable than the last. We just stayed in the Artist Dream home and we had such an wonderful time. The home is beautifully decorated and was extremely clean. We will not stay with anyone else in Santa Fe but Friday’s Off.

These people will do anything for a dollar. They will come to a property during a pandemic without any type of protective masks on as late as 8pm to harass and endanger tenants. They will send people to your home that are clearly on drugs. Once the woman brought a young child to a property where she had no idea what she would find, no prior communication. They are dirty, crude and uneducated - the epitome of unprofessionalism.

We were very impressed with home. Germaine and Fridays off in Santa Fe-Santa Fe Vacation Rentals, went out of their way to answer and provide anything we needed. Highly recommend both. Ill start with the reservation process, website is great, finding my ideal house was quick and easy. I followed up with a call and the owner was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Gave me great tips for my stay.I selected Casita Guadalupe. It was AMAZING. Centrally located to the Plaza, Railyard District and Canyon Road. The house was beautifully decorated with art representing Santa Fe, New Mexico and the South West. It was clean and had all the amenities I needed.I will without a doubt book with Fridays off in Santa Fe for all my future visits.Thanks for making my stay a perfect one Fridays Off!

Such a disappointing experience with Fridays Off! Although the property was cute, the vacation rental was difficult to find with no lights left on for us in a very dark area and there was a stone step at the entrance that was loose and just about created an injury. The central heat wasnt operational and it ended up snowing during our trip - luckily they had put in 2 space heaters but there were cords everywhere and it was not super warm. They were supposed to have coffee in the unit and it took 2 days to get that and when they brought it, they didnt leave coffee filters so we had to use a paper towel! Called Germaines cell phone which she never answered ... did get a response 24 hours later when I called the office and they relayed her a message. The wifi password was wrong and so didnt have wifi for the first day+. I read all these great reviews about gift baskets and local coffee and feel a little sad that perhaps the blush is off their enthusiasm for property management since the basics werent taken care of let alone going the extra mile. It was kind of off season, but I didnt feel like they cared much to provide a good experience in their managed property while enjoying Santa Fe for a long weekend. We made the best of it but I would not rent a property from Fridays Off in the future based on this experience.

We loved our stay at Casa de la Cruz. The house is just gorgeous. It has this incredibly vibe to it and was located walking distance to pretty much everything. It was clean, beautiful, and the perfect for our recent family gathering. You wont be disappointed, Germaine and Fridays Off in Santa Fe are awesome!

These people are really bad. I moved back here because the accounting wasnt current. I discharged them, but they would not turn over my properties immediately. Then they billed me for things going back a year, and took all of my security deposits.
