Thank you all for what you do. This is quite a process, and a tough situation to be in for most of us, but the helpful, friendly staff make a bad situation a little better. Bless you all.

It was great when it was located in this address but was open only on Tuesdays. Sometimes not even on Tuesdays was open.

I called multiple times to ask what information I needed to take to the certification appointment and I was not given the complete information. When I arrived the lady that was helping me was very rude and arrogant because I did not have all of the paperwork.

Extremely hard to find. Its out in the middle of nowhere.
