Im a half glass full kind of person. Always polite and kind to folks on the phone, I give folks the benefit of the doubt but the NM Child Support services are absolutely unforgivable. I signed a child support agreement, and the case worker uploaded my signed sheet against an altered and not agreed upon agreement. When I inquired as to why this may have happened, not to back the case worker in the corner, the response was......the process is some what confusing at times... and, ...I assumed..., and lastly, and this is a paraphrase, but...your signature is on the final document. Speechless, so instead of doing the right thing well do the easy thing and just forge your concurrence on a document I never read or agreed to. I have full-time custody of my kids and its the kids who get hurt over this. Inspector General office says, Leave a voicemail but the voicemail is full and cannot accept any other messages. Shame on you all.

These people working here are abusolutly the worst. Terrible customer service skills and very rude. They also can never answer your questions and it takes for ever for a case manager to call you back. Absolute nightmare!

Ive never had a worse experience in my life before dealing with CSED, and Ive been stabbed and shot at.PS: Literally all NMCSED office locations and/or personnel fit this bill.
