Getting a few things shipped today and spoke to Marc on the phone. He walked me through the shipping quote and was extremely professional, polite, and knowledgable on the call.Overall, really good experience so far! Excited to get my package in a week or so.

In business there are 2 traits that are essential for successful customer service; positive demeanor and being helpful. The staff here was neither. In addition, the environment was filthy. I tried to reserve a mailbox and they wouldnt accept my digital forms of; proof of insurance or auto registration. Its 2021 and unfortunately were still in a pandemic and that is unacceptable. Also, the CSR wasnt wearing a mask and proceeded to graze his nasal area near the septum with his finger. I wouldnt trust this place to ship anything or hold my junk mail let alone anything important.

The place was nice it looked clean and organized but the customer service was lacking. The guy who first started to help me was helpful. The second guy who finished my transaction was rude. He was acting like I was taking up his time and inconveniencing him and all I needed was a little help. I wont be going back there.

I have been using mail call for years. I never have to worry about mail or packages as everything is always safe. Even if I cant make it up there for weeks I can call and they will tell me what mail I have. I can get email alerts when I have a package. Staff is always courteous. I will continue to use this for my mail for as long as Im in the state. I only wish I could continue using it as my address on my license (do to safety issues) but now with the real I.D. licensing you have to prove where your PHYSICAL address is. That has nothing to do with mail call I just threw that out there. But I do love having this place to receive mail. Great address too!

These guys are great, simple and super reliable! Mail Call is fantastic! Im an artist who always pre-packs my work before taking it to a shipper because of the nature of the art. I changed my technique and just sold my first piece from that collection. Marc at Mail Call couldnt have been nicer and more helpful. He explained that I wouldnt have to pre-pack my work because Mail Call uses custom packing material that provides excellent protection. I was hesitant at first because I was so used to doing my own pre-packing, but Marcs explanation and time with showing me the process eased my concerns. He also worked with me on getting the piece shipped within the timeframe that was required per the agreement with my collector. On the day of shipping, I went to pick up the work to take to UPS. Marc said if I had the UPS shipping label all prepared, he could just give it to UPS when they picked up that afternoon. Also, Marc put the label on the side of the box and explained to me that putting it there would prevent UPS from laying the box flat (which prevents UPS from piling other boxes on it - brilliant!). Marc also showed me pics on his computer that he took of my art piece as they were packing it. Talk about thorough!! Needless to say, the art piece arrived to my collector in perfect condition. Im so glad to find Marc and Mail Call and look forward to a long and prosperous business relationship with them!
