We were wrong!We began our search for a Santa Fe property online, and quickly realized all our favorite houses were listed by Darlene. To us, that meant one thing: dont call her. We needed someone to work for us! But after trying to reach other agents who contacted us with canned responses that came just too late, we broke down and reached out online. Immediately, we got a personal email followed up by a phone call. Ill cut to the chase: we bought a property listed by Darlene. Darlene and her crew served us well, being patient for over a year until we found our dream house. My complaint is with the inspection. We weren’t told it needed a new roof. The ovens didn’t work, but Darlene paid for the repair herself. The upstairs water heater had to be replaced also. Seems these should have been found in the inspection.One of the most amazing things about Darlene is the way she responds to phone messages. We were in close contact throughout the rather long process. Also’ I really like her personally. I felt she got what we were after and stuck with us until we got it. I love my house!

Darlene and staff were completely on top of the process, and available day and night. In fact I emailed her on a Sunday night with specific instructions not to answer me until the following day because it was Sunday night and she should be far from work. Anyone who has worked with Darlene can guess what happened in the following two minutes.

Darlene helped us buy a house in Santa Fe recently (closed on March 28, 2019) and we got to see the full range of her real estate super powers up close and personal.
