The worst experience. I had an hour long intake almost 2 weeks ago where I laid everything out. I was told the clinic would reach out to schedule an appt with the doctor. I felt relief in knowing that finally I would be getting some help soon. Clinic never reached out and when I called - not only was the person annoyed to be answering the phone but she also informed me there is only one psychiatrist taking new patients and I wouldn’t be seen till the end of September. Medicare/Medicaid patients truly have no where to go in northern New Mexico. We are not treated as humans who need mental health assistance because we are “poor”. So TIRED of this type of treatment! I know you you might have no options because of insurance but it seems like this clinic won’t help anyways. Move on.

DO NOT take your loved ones to this clinic or go here yourself! Ive gone here for over ten years and it has gone down hill so bad. They are now not only rude, incompetent, inconsiderate, and have absolutely no sympathy for their patients but they exploit the mentally disabled. They do not follow HIPPA guidelines. They dont call you back, not the doctors nor the administration, so if youre out of medication oh well they dont care, even if its their fault!

Ive had excellent care from the folks at this facility, overall. If not for SFCGC, I would have little or no health care. Sometimes the physicians and their assistants are brusque, but thats nearly always due to their being swamped with clients.

Katy is wonderful and takes her time. Ed listens to me. Lupe always cares. Toni always has a smile for me. There is nothing I dont like about this place and Im not Medicaid

May be beneficial for some people who need minimal health services but as a previous reviewer stated, I feel sorry for the Medicaid people forced to go there. It impresses that their professionals are of lower grade in the profession, and the mental therapists cause more harm than help. BEWARE of you must go here. The follow-up customer service aspect needs severe improvement from the asst. Director down. Here, a patient is only a body to be checked off as seen and serviced so they can get their government check. If able to, seek our Saint Vincents for better, more thorough and empathetic care.

Ive had an excellent experience: clinicians are more available than Ive experienced in private practice elsewhere in Santa Fe and take a more hands-on approach to medication management. Support staff is caring and efficient. The facilities are utilitarian, but the care is professional and accessible.

I was pretty much taken there in a wheelbarrow - disintegrated. The staff there found all the pieces and put me back together. Could not ask for better.

Primary Care doctors dont stay long here. I wasnt told my Primary Care doctor left the practice until I was totally out of a medication refill a day ago. The practice could only schedule me in a week. Luckily I just got a specialty doctor outside this practice to take over the medication needed. Since they didnt tell me my doctor up and left, which caused a disruption in my medication, I really dont recommend folks going here. Its really subpar and they have to clean up their act for patient safetys sake.

I was at a complete loss in 2008 trying to find help for a massive toxic reaction to the Fluoroquinolone antibiotic Cipro until I wound up seeking counseling at SFCGC and also found, and was found by, Dr. Reininga who is no longer on the staff. He recognized the severity of my situation and got me all the diagnostics I needed and shepherded me through a very long and difficult journey. When he left I worked with Dr. Oden, enjoying both his care and his affability; however, over time the scheduling became very difficult and despite my best efforts to adapt and urge them to improve this issue I lost faith and have moved on. This clinic is an important asset to Santa Fe and I hope they address the negative issues, to maintain their integrity and quality of care for all.

Toni (Receptionist) Cassandra (Odens Nurse) have all become so disrespectful towards patients & Dr. Rollin Oden MD has become incompetent & very unsympathetic and disrespectful towards the patients illness or sickness and is a very poor doctor that I do not trust anymore. I have been a patient of his for so many years and have been in server excruciating pain and have told him many times about my pain and function and he doesnt want to help me with my pain anymore as if Im making up my pain, In which I have proof but he still doesnt care about my pain level. He just wants the patient to show up so that he can get paid and his nurse Cassandra used to be so helpful & nice and now she talks to you very hateful like she dont care either. A doctors clinic is supposed to be courtesy & care for their patients as well as help you with all your medical needs and prescriptions. I am very disgusted with this clinic as well as with Doctor Oden, & his Nurse Cassandra, & Receptionist Toni!

Various mistakes and misunderstanding with scheduling appointments. Dealing with them 4 times was enough. The front desk staff has no competence and doesnt recognize the harm caused to the patients with their mistakes. Then they tryt to blame someone else.This caused a month of medication interruption and severe withdrawals. This caused a major set back with my daughters symptoms.

I rate this clinic a ZERO cause they definitely need NEW doctors that know exactly what theyre doing. Not an old man like Rollin Oden who doesnt care for his pain patients the way a pain doctor should. I am so disgusted with this whole clinic and staff that I tell people who are patients here to go find a better doctors office. Oden is so rude that just because hes not in pain he doesnt care or listen to what the patients have to say about whats wrong with them or the pain level sickness some people have so he refers you to his friend doctors so that doctor can say exactly what Oden says and thinks. I dont know why a law suit hasnt been placed on Oden or this clinic yet and the Director Of Medicine should be notified about this asap. Odens nurse Cassandra should be FIRED as well for how she talks to patients with zero respect and with additude and should not be working in the field of nursing anymore as well as for Toni the receptionist should be FIRED for setting up appointments wrong or confusing.SO PEOPLE FIND A NEW PAIN DOCTOR BEFORE YOUR IN MORE EXCRUCIATING PAIN AND END UP IN THE EMERGENCY ROOM or BEDRIDDEN!

This was the worst experience ever. I have NEVER dealt with people like this. Three times! Absolute failures with these idiots. The desk staff are great. If you need mental health services and theres any way you can afford the insurance to seek private help, do it. I left wanting to die. Those doctors are ignorant and incompetent. Ed LeBow was more interested in getting to his date than treating his patient, even tried to cancel my appt when I was 15 mins early. What a joke. Barbara is a joke nurse practioner that shouldnt be handling psych scripts anyways. I feel sorry for Medicaid people forced to go here. The next Christus.
