This is the most unprofessional office in which had been unfortunate in dealing with. First, I didnt get any call back for a few weeks, then all scheduling and communication was done through text... including the appt confirmation. I was scheduled for the first available intake appointment which was over a month out, but I waited because my daughter really needs the help. The day of my scheduled appointment (4 hours before my scheduled time), I get a text saying the appointment needs to be rescheduled due to lack of confirmation sent to a second phone number. I had confirmed with the person who had originally texted me to schedule but apparently that wasnt enough. There is a seroius lack of therapy centers for children in Santa Fe and it is unethical and irresponsible for a facility to keep putting patients off in a time of crisis. That is no way to conduct any kind of business, especially when it could mean the difference between life and death. Behavioral health is something that should be taken seriously and if you cant commit yourself to your scheduled appointments, youre in the wrong field. I work in healthcare and would not recommend this facility to my parents any longer.

I would give a 0 if I could. Didnt do anything they said they would do. They dont need a job or their degrees.
