6.0 liter Ford diesel started having the classic problems while on a road trip from Washington State to Florida. I called around and all the nearby mechanics recommended Bubbas. They knew what to do, got right on the job since we were travelling and gave us our truck back in a few days and it runs great! Most helpful, knowledgeable, diesel mechanic I have ever worked with. Highly recommend them.

This place is a blessing for me with an old 02 7.3 that seems to have another issue every couple months. Headed back over this morning and hopefully they can keep my old friend on the road a while longer. They are fair and professional. And courteous and are good guys.

Bubba, Kerry, and the rest of the guys are great ! These guys know Ford trucks and theyre thorough and fair. They always look for the least expensive solution to your problem.

BEWARE! I have used Bubbas for several years with no complaints. This was when his shop was at his residence. I always dealt with him personally. Now he has a large shop down the road from his old shop. HE is never there. No one ever answers the phone EVER!When I brought my car to be diagnosed 3 years ago he told me the oil leak was the oil cooler but it was not really that bad. He quoted me $1500 parts/labor.I decided I probably should have it changed since I was going to do some traveling. Called 10-12 times; no answer! Went there and waited 15 minutes and no one came to wait on me. I went into the shop to find someone and the manager acted like I was a bother. I asked to speak to Bubba. He said he doesn’t come to the shop. I asked if I could call him. He reluctantly gave me his number. I wanted to know that Bubba would oversee my job. Long story short that never happened although Bubba said he would. I paid 2800 for the cooler and a break job. Yes! $2800. Took car home and put it in the garage. Cane home 2 weeks later and pulled car out only to find over twice as much oil. Called and set up a meeting with Bubba/Kerry only to be told I had other leaks. SERIOUSLY! He told me it was not their fault. I have pics of the concrete before and after. No comparison! After much discussion they agreed to fix those leaks.My vehicle leaks so bad I constantly watch the oil gauge. Also the manager (kerry) lied and said he told me when I picked up the car it had other leaks. BIG LIE! I handed him the money and he handed me a receipt and I was out the door. He is rude and wasn’t even respectful enough to say thank you. I put new card board down and the leaks are unbelievable. To add insult to injury 24 hours later my A/C went out. Coincidence? It had no issues when I brought it in. This shop is anything but professional! BEWARE!Oh and Bubbas reason for never being in his shop is “I fish every day”. This is no way to run a mechanic shop!

Tough to get in, but the guys do absolutely great work on Fords.

Good guy and easy to deal with. Does what he says and lets you know if something is up. Cant recommend more. Ford diesels only!!!

Cannot recommend this place, I’ve taken my truck to these people countless times to fix the same issue for months now and I get nothing but runaround. Very disappointed!

Bubba’s is the best diesel Mechanic shop around, good prices, great service, I think you are as good as who you surround yourself with, and Bubba has done that spot on with a great team of mechanics. They are honest, and treat each customer and truck to the best of their ability. Highly recommended!!!

I am overly impressed with this shop as well as the owner Bubba. As a woman, I am always apprehensive and worried that I will be taken advantage of when getting work done to my truck. They did no such thing and was so helpful showing me different parts, what they looked like and summarizing what to look out for when things such as the intercooler pipe blows up. They put me at ease and got all the work done and in a timely manner. The young man even worked through his lunch break because I was waiting on it. Such nice people! I felt comfortable there and will go back to get more work done. They are incredible and I trust them! Thank you so much!

Excellent service and very friendly employees

Waited in the front office for 15 minutes, then walked around and outside of the garage nobody to be found. Only to have another customer to walk in and go find the mechanic. So I finally go outside and ask for help. The mechanic says they do not work on dodge vehicles. Online their name is included with Diesel repairs which is understandable online, but on their sign outside of their building it says AC and auto repairs then diesel specialist written very small underneath not readable from the street.

The customer service that Bubba gave is top notch!!! He got me back on the road in less than 15 minutes and didnt charge an arm and leg for the service.

Always professional service

Bubba did a lot of work on my Ford Excursion with 7.3l it had sat idle since 2013, to start with he recommend changing the oil, transmission fluid and service the rear axle, I wanted to get it back to road trip ready. I got new big exhaust, my AC was leaking dye out of the compressor which Bubba knew what it was right away, new compressor, expansion valve, & filter drier, new door lock actuators. I opted to do the water pump too. My bill was pretty big but I got a lot done. I went to Bubba’s because a bunch of people that I work with swear by him, I am glad I did.If you have anything diesel or need AC work I highly recommend Bubba’s they do top notch work and are fair on price.
