Rihanna with Crumbacher Business Solutions helped solve my printer connectivity and set up my scanning needs beautifully. My connectivity issues were more difficult to solve than expected, but Rihanna was persistent, showing follow through and checking up with me to make sure she had done her job correctly. She set up my scanning in a heart beat. Since then, my printer is a hammer. When I need it, its there, and it works. No questions. Thanks Rihanna. I do, however, take issue with printers that struggle to stay connected to Macs. 25 years ago, yes. Now, with Apples prevalence in our lives there should be no excuse. Bad HP.
