Called for an appointment. My appointment was at 3pm but had to wait a whole hour. What is the point in making a appointment????? This was honestly Bogus. The dude I saw was REALLY nice and got my taxes done other then the waiting it was good

I went in for help and the fellow who saw me was more rude than helpful. Ignored my questions, and didnt give me any substantial answers.
