Just stopped by the Best Buy on Zafarano to get my beats ๐ง replaced. Staff was very helpful and patient, although misinformed about apple care. Spoke with apple and they took care of me for no charge, I already paid $30 for apple care, while the squad led me to believe that there would be an additional $30 charge for replacement through apple. GREAT people not great information. Always call everyone you can(best way to get info)

Best customer service ever! The staff were incredibly patient and encouraging to my 14 year old who had multiple problems with the computer he built. They patiently listened to him explain the issue, promptly diagnosed it and fixed it. This experience definitely changed my attitude about shopping at Best Buy from very negative to positive.
Geeksquad agents seemingly have no technical training, certifications, or knowledge about how the Windows Operating System works. I always advise friends and family to find tech support elsewhere.
They have continued to provide excellent support over the years. The service was well worth the money when the updates to Windows 10 kept crashing my two computers.
Impossible to navigate phone system or speak to anyone.
The phone menu is so complicated you cant get to a real person. Have now been a loop for over 20 minutes. Will have to drive down to the store. Stand in line and WAIT, WAIT, WAIT to get help.
