I am amazed by how professional and on time Anas crew is. I had them deep clean my house, and the quality is phenomenal!! They knew exactly what to do, and worked pretty quick. My house looked brand new right after they left. I am now using their services for regular cleanings, (every two weeks) and the consistency is always on point! I would highly recommend Ana Valenzuela Cleaning Services if you want a good quality cleaning.

My home looked like a five star hotel! The beds were made up so nice that I didn’t want to use. My linen closets were reorganized as well we the pantry. When lo definitely continue to use.

WOW. I am so impressed. They absolutely TRANSFORMED my apartment. I had them come and do a deep cleaning because the apartment I moved into was not cleaned by my previous residents or the owners (gross, I know). Ana’s team got rid of all the dirt and grime, and organized my entire apartment. I have so much more room in my cabinets and my fridge because of the way they organized it after cleaning. I am so grateful and I will definitely be using their service again because if their attention to detail and their organizing expertise. I highly recommend!

I recently reach out to Ana Valenzuela company looking for help with cleaning my home due to me having a very busy work schedule. There was a lot of cleaning needed to be done.They did a fantastic job! The house was spotless, the attention to detail was impressive. They had it done in the time I needed and were very accommodating. I highly recommending them!

I just spoke with Ana and she scoffed at the idea of her company doing grout cleaning. I told her my floor tiles were fine I just needed maybe two people to come for a few hours to work on the floors, probably hand-scrubbing would work. I guess hands-and-knees work is too low-brow for them. Be careful...maybe they wont reach down well to clean your tubs either! Its no fun to have a service make you feel like your home is not deserving of some good cleaning and TLC. Find someone more open-minded.

What an amazing and trustworthy home cleaning company! My home in Santa Fe was cleaned by them and it was like an interior decorator redesigned my home because every little thing was cleaned and straitened, including the bedding and lines which were washed clean and pressed. Very impressive as my kitchen has never looked so sparkling clean as Ana Valenzuelas house keeping staff made it! Thank you so much my guests loved staying over and commented on how perfect and clean everything was.

I rent out my one bedroom apartment through Airbnb, and I needed someone to come do a light cleaning in between guests. I scheduled a cleaning with Ana Valenzuela for last week. They came over to my apartment to do a walk through and price estimate on a Tuesday, and scheduled the cleaning for that Friday at 12pm.I mainly wanted someone to change the sheets, set out fresh towels, and do a light cleaning of the kitchen and bathroom if necessary. For my one bedroom apartment, Ana told me it would be $100 for a two person cleaning team, and it would take them between 1.5 and 2 hours. For the light cleaning that I wanted, this seemed pretty pricey, but this is Santa Fe and I was in a bind.I just found out from my guest who arrived on Friday at 2:30pm, that Anas team hadnt even been there yet. I told Ana and her assistant that did the walk through that I needed the cleaning done in between guests, so they knew it was a time crunch.They forgot to put out towels (I even called to remind them Friday morning), and the place wasnt that clean. Granted, I only wanted a light cleaning, but after being told there would be two people cleaning for 1.5 to 2 hours, I have no idea what they did for all that time.I called Ana Valenzuela this morning and left a voicemail, to try and figure out what happened. Hopefully Ill hear back soon.

Wow! They must be doing REALLY good! I called and they refused to come 20 miles out of their comfort zone of Santa Fe for a job. I would have not only had deep cleaning for them but also a weekly consistent clean in order to keep the property in shape while it is on the market. Who turns down jobs to add to their portfolio??? Unbelievable. This is the complacency of Santa Fe. Its beneath them to go anywhere but within the city limits.

My husband travels to Santa Fe for business, and I go with him very frequently. Since we always rent the same place, this time around I enquired about the cleaning service in charge of the property. The place looks so sparkling every single time!! It made me jealous. I wish there was one like Ana Valenzuela in North Carolina!
