We called to schedule a carpet cleaning because we adopted a puppy and we had multiple stains after the first month of housebreaking. The technician arrived right on time as promised and was very professional in appearance. He measured the spaces we needed cleaned then gave us the cost. The carpet was cleaned in a very reasonable amount of time for the space; we didnt feel that he was too slow or too fast. Our carpet is so incredibly clean now! We are thrilled with the professional and courteous service that we received from Edelweiss. We will definitely hire them again and recommend them highly!

Though we didnt end up using the service, Kurt at Edelweiss was very accommodating and gave good instruction on cleaning and disinfecting an area that had a small sewage backup. Thank you!

I tried using a Rug Doctor first on my carpet which made it worse. I tried two more times with it and it did get much better but the carpet still wasnt clean. So as a last resort I called Edelweiss and they cleaned it and it was still dirty. I called them again and they came and cleaned it again and it was worse than after the first time they cleaned it. I give up. I just covered the spots with a rug.
