Buyer beware!! The entire point of having a registered agent is anonymity, otherwise you could just file yourself or use an online service. The paperwork and process is insanely simple.If you look at this company’s privacy policy, it does not guarantee anything. It says they really care about privacy and that their employees don’t share information unnecessarily. It does *not* say that they signed an agreement binding them to not share information. It does *not* say the other companies they give your data/info to sign a legally binding confidentiality agreement either. They also do not do not guarantee that they follow PCI DSS standards to protect all date they receive.We reached out to them and heard a lot about how their employees do trainings, how they believe privacy is a human right, and how their service people are “obligated” (but not legally apparently, so maybe morally?) to not share data, but we were told (after pulling teeth and dozens of back and forth emails trying to get a straight answer) that there are no confidentiality agreements in place whatsoever. The worst part is that, despite their supposed strong belief in privacy, they also attempt to disclaim any and all liability for the harm they cause if there is a breach.They disclaim all liability for any possible type of damages and then ask their customers to agree to limit damages to the $150 you paid (even though they’re already a limited liability entity) no matter the damage they cause you, your business, or your reputation.My advice, if you’re serious about your business and the privacy of your organizers, find a registered agent that will stand by their training and beliefs with legal agreements between them and their employees, them and their service providers, and you and them should their be a breach on their end and stays on the hook for the monumental losses. Never trust a business’ effort that they refuse to stand by themselves.

I was asked by New Mexico Registered Agent LLC to provide a review, and I gladly will.Three years ago, I used their full services to form a New Mexico LLC, get an EIN, and have had my LLC since. I was able to take the paperwork they filed with the state along with the private paperwork they provided to the bank and get a bank account. Every year I get a bill for $49. I get a few mails every year. They get scanned to me. Its really convenient service and their customer service folks are great to work with. Their service is as advertised.

I havent had any issues with is company. They are always willing to answer any questions and they were really fast with the filing of my LLC. I will always use this company for any LLCs that I will be starting in the future. They are also affiliated with other Registered Agents in different states.
