I called and the woman who answered was rude and said she was busy and would call me back... she had the rudest tone ever! She did call about 15 mins later. I told her what I wanted done at my home and she proceeded to tell me it could be done but I would need to pay $125.00 plus an extra $50 because the guy that she had working was on workmans comp and could not BEND DOWN to do crawl spaces.....I still said ok and she assured me a tech would be calling me soon. This was over a week ago and Im still waiting (NOT WAITING) for that call... I ended up having a friend do what I needed and it only cost $25 for the ant poison that I purchased... I would have rather she told me she was to busy or not enough workers.... BUT TO LIE! I will NEVER EVER recommend this buissness to anyone!

Ramon, the owner, sent his great son Rome to inspect my property for rodents. He did the most thorough 1 1/2 inspection. Covered every nook and cranny. He said that he would send me a report the following day, After two days I called the dad owner to check on the report. He never even had the courtesy to return my call. Either his son was doing On The Job Training or the owner did not want to use no kill traps in my kitchen.... or who knows why. .. I will never know.

Josh and Roman Jr. are excellent and highly qualified. Great job.

Unfortunately, this is not uncommon in our area. After spending an hour hearing how great a businessman and what a great company he has, from the owner. I hire him, but he doesn’t show up or call .Typical day at the office I guess.

I highly recommend Bugman. Roman and his team have done a fantastic job spraying my 140 pinon trees for scale, beetles and all other manner of pests. My neighbors trees are suffering and losing needles but all of mine are green and healthy. The staff are cooperative, amiable, reliable, helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. They also fertilize and spray my deciduous trees and large bushes. What a difference! I used the other well known tree service in Santa Fe. Bugman is far, far superior. 💯

Great service! We had an issue with field mice and gophers and we received fast and friendly service. I would highly recommend the Bugman Pest Control! We also utilized them for the bugs/spider control in our home. I now very seldom see a spider in my home and when I do it is already dead.

We had a skunk living under the house and called Bugman, because we heard they’re the best for things like this! They answered their phone immediately and were out the same day and the skunk is gone! I’d highly reccomend Bugman for any of their services.

Never kept appointments, sub par service, the last time, did not even showed up, not even a call, YET he had the nerve to send me a bill!!! Do yourself a favor buy the items that you need to do your own pest control on line, they have tablets that dissolve on water, just spray and done, for much more less than one of his visits,, and you will have enough for a full year!

Bugman are the best exterminators in Santa Fe County! They have consistently provided professional pest control services over the years and even solved a rodent control problem we had once. The are the only pest control company we would call.

Id been fighting pavement ants for 2 years the non-poison way and they were winning. One visit (on time!) from these guys, and I havent seen ONE ant inside! Totally worth the $, thank you!

Had a bad case of roaches, called bugman and they sent a guy named rome over that week. He sprayed and after about a week all the bugs dissapeared. Would highly recommend this company. Thanks bugman.

Had an appointment today. They didnt show and didnt call nor return calls when we called and asked 40 min and 4 hours after the appointment time to inquire about the delay.
