Mark and Deanna came out and did a nice job and were very nice. However, part of the color started to lift after a couple months. I contacted them numerous times over txt and through the website and they never had the courtesy to respond to my messages. We paid a lot of money for the job. It was very disappointing. I do not recommend them because once they do the job, you probably won’t hear from them. I’m happy to update/revise this review if they ever make things right with us.

If you want your sofa like new, call these guys!

Our 2 Stickley leather love seats were showing discoloration from UV damage on the back, and a lot of wear on the seats from 15+ years of daily wear. Add to this a recent cross country move and 5 months in a storage facility where the movers had place an object on one of the arms leading to some deep impressions.Mark and Deanna worked their magic (= critical combination of technical knowledge, leather care expertise, excellent customer service) and both pieces are restored to their original color, with no loss of suppleness to the leather, and the impressions from storage are gone.The work was done in our new home, and they took every precaution and care when moving the pieces and executing the process. We could not be happier with the results. Our much loved pieces look great in our new home. Recommend Mark and Deanna without reservation!

Someone..who shall not be named...accidentally burned the leather seats in my Lincoln MKX. Really...Mark made them go away and it looks like nothing ever happened. Repaired while I waited. 30 minutes. Thanks Mark!

Mark and his team are extremely good in what they do. They repaired a leather tear in our 2010 MDX. They were quick and accurate in the repair, as i waited onsite for it to be done. They also repair furniture and I plan on using them again to fix the pigment in our leather couch. I definitely recommend them for any auto and furnisher repairs.Brett Hultberg
