Work there for nearly 10 years, at the beginning it was a place were I loved waking up and approaching work happy, exited, and open to new ideas. It all started going down hill when we lost one of our main man, our general manager. After that, it was just a circus whit a ring leader that didnt knew how to run his own show!! Good hard working people started getting fired left to right or some decided to just quit (me) and move on. They Dident really appreciate the hard work that I did for them. I guess, I for them was just another employee. An employee who really had pride on lifting, pushing, carrying, and just being there to perform on what ever they threw at me. It was a really physical job. That, I liked at one point. Almost 10 years working there and I never once got thanked for my hard working effort. I got thanked the day I left I just want to say thank you for your hard work and time being here... lmao you guys are a joke!!! Really hope your employees that you have know can put up on the hard work I did, whit out nagging or complaining that they dont know or cant do. They dont really have a choice know do they?!A bad manager can take a good staff and destroy it, causing the best employees to flee and the remainder to loose all motivation.
