Not good business practice to bite the hand that feeds you. Back Solicitation is a sneaky and unethical way to try and secure new business. Although this is not how it should be, it seems to be an acceptable practice for a certain company

I fully agree with Juans assessment of GlovaLink. GlovaLink was simply not up to the task of being XPOs agent, they are simply NOT a CFS carrier as much as they claim to be. What is there to look into??? Plainly put it is about your failure to deliver, resulted in unhappy customers, XPO got smart and dropped you, end of story

I have no idea how GlovaLink is still in business. My go to long haul trucker XPO used them as an agent for a short while which resulted in many missed shipments and delays until they finally dropped them and no longer use them, going back using XPO again

Just what I was looking for a Professional Team that assist me daily with my LTL, FTL and CFS pickups. Great Drivers and Dispatching team go the extra mile for our company. Excellent office staff friendly.

I NEVER post reviews online but wanted to take the time to post about Rick and the staff at Glova-Link. They have always been our preferred carrier for across state and our FTL but never used them for our LTL going locally. Recently after having pick-up issues with other carriers I contacted Rick to see if the could help me with some of our local LTL deliveries. Rick was on top of the shipment from the minute he got our request, following up from quote, to pick up to final delivery. Glova-link is responsive, professional and most important reliable. They will be our preferred carrier for ALL shipments from this point forward.

The absolute worst shipping company I have worked with over the years. I have a broker so I use numerous carriers. Ive given these guys a chance 4 times now and theyve had issues each time. 2 times they didnt bother to show up and we had to call multiple times to find out they were at capacity and couldnt come. One time they showed up with a truck that wasnt tall enough. Another time they just didnt even see the pickup in their system and blamed it on my broker. They just missed our pickup for our most important customer... 3 hours away. Why would I have even taken the chance with these guys? To save $30! I had them removed from our companies list of carriers to use. Im done.

Worst customer services. If possible, I want to give them zero star. They dont have any customer services mind. The Owner, Angel, was like an evil. So rude. Never use this company. They are very small mom&pop business, no system, no business ethics. Worst of the worst~~

Im really not sure how this company is still in business. The rest of the reviews on here are right - NO customer service whatsoever. I called in today to have some product shipped to Amazon, and the lady who responded was very rude. She seemed to not want my business at all, and even tried discouraging me from opening an account with them. Well, Ill tell you what... it is my absolute pleasure not to open an account with them. And if youre reading this, you shouldnt either.

I have been working with Glovalink for over 10 years and Im here to say that they are the best LTL trucking service I have ever come across! I work for a freight forwarding company so i make the decisions on who to use for my shipments. We have been using Glovalink for majority of our LTLs for local shipments and also shipping going out as far as San Diego, CA. Their prices are very good and trust me, i did my price matching and it got to the point that I just give them the work without even getting the cost until after the job is complete. They get their deliveries done on time and have yet to be disappoint us. Like I said, I have been with them for over 10 years and will continue to have them take care of our shipments until i am out of the freight forwarding business. If you havent tried them out yet, youre making the biggest mistake of your life!

Worst Service. The owner Angel is so rude & greedy. Never use this company. They charged me $70 for a re-delivery fee. But their driver didnt even come as he was supposed to come, but they charged me again. No apology, no excuse, but only $70 charge. Really Bad~~.

Service has greatly improved in the last 3 years. Glovalink has better customer service now with more accurate tracking information. I use them for my larger local deliveries.

These people are absolutely horrible. I needed a pallet delivered about 60 miles, and it took them over a week. They kept giving me excuses to why i couldnt get my shipment, and the phone service was absolutely awful . Then they told me that i could pick it up at their terminal, but the terminal ended up being farther away than the location my pallet was being shipped from. Please do not use this horrible company. I am surprised that they are still in business.

HORRIBLE. We shipped using Glovalink to a customer, but the customer simply refused the shipment. They charged us a $50 fee simply for the customer refusing. Really??? I have heard of redelivery charges, but charging a $50 fee simply because the customer refuses? Hope this message makes it up the chain of command... Job # 1132020

Ive had several great experiences using Glovalink. When they switched tracking services to online I admit I was unwilling to check status myself. But once the friendly CSR rep walked me through the process, I was like wow piece of cake. I no longer have to wait for CSR to check the status of my orders. I also love how they are willing to go above and beyond to correct any issues when they arise. Affordable prices and great CSRs.
