$110 late fee. I give them two stars only because the personnel is friendly and there is some onsite parking other than that and the fact there is a nice Korean restaurant a block away I could easily give them no stars.

I was trapped in Tx due to road closures from the snow and ice which everyone was made aware of. I was on track to deliver early when the roads closed. My appointment was for 7am I made it by 10am even after being shut down. The guy still say it’s $110. Things like this should not be able to happen. It’s a total lack of respect for what we do. I drove from Sc to Ca in snow and ice and dealing with road closures where’s the appreciation for the so called front line workers. I guess we would be wrong if we stop deliveries all together until changes are made.

These guys can even earn one star. but in order to leave a feed back i have to give them one star. NO CUSTOMER SVC.

Get there before your appointment time. They charge big time for late arrivals. Confirmation # is required check in..

Absolutely unprofessional and rude office personnel showed up exactly when I was supposed to told that was late charged $110 I was put in a door 10 minutes later at noon I am still sitting in the same door at 7:30 at night not unloaded this is absolutely unacceptable as far as Im concerned you owe me money Worst part of it is is that Ive been coming here for over 10 years on time always.

They charged me $110 late fee for being 5 minutes late. My appointment was at 05.00 am, I checked in office at 05.20 and they asked late fee. Very rude people and unprofessional workers.

Quality products but slow service at the shipping and receiving office and they are not friendly enough to make up for it. Dont seem to be concerned about drivers time at all. Make sure you give yourself plenty of time when coming here.

I took care of my delivery in a timely manner the incharge personal are excellent.

They take a long, long time here so they can take care of you when you go there to make a pick up.

Great group of employees only problem is that logistics procedure is very very slow you will be here for a very very long time no matter what youre picking up pack a lunch and dinner

These guys can take forever. It really takes 1 1/2 hours to offload 1 pallet? What a waste of time and money lost on other work Ive missed because of sitting in their parking lot baking in the sun.
