Never use Omcan products! First of all, the products are not good quality. We had an open case refrigerator and it always gave us problems. Then we had to order new parts and the corporate office in Canada, Hilary DSouza sent us the wrong parts! It cost me tons of money to hire a refrigerator repair man to come out. Then, I tried to return the part for a refund and am still waiting on it 1 year later. Hilary has taken my credit card twice for the refund and never did anything about it. He never returns emails and phone calls. and he is the manager. Really bad company please do not do business with them.

We bought a deli case from Omcan and it failed the first day it was plugged in. It took Omcan almost a week to get a repair company here to repair a manufacturing defect. There was arching where internal electrical connectors were supposed to be connected. The result was $1,000.00 in product loss. Omcan will not call me back. I have left many messages for Hillary to return my call but he will not. Stay away from Omcan, their quality control is poor at best. Omcan will not recognize their customer. I am sorry I have their product in my Wine Lounge and Cheese Shope. Again, stay away from this horrific company. I would have given them a zero but the system would not allow me to rate them where I truly feel they rate.

Trying to get an issue resolved with this company is a joke! They state they care about customer satisfaction, but that is clearly not the case. Joseph has said he would call be back and that was two weeks ago. Ive been reaching out to corporate, left messages with HIlary and no one has called. Do not use this company!

Omcan carries a wide range of commercial products from stainless sinks, shelving units to wine coolers. Heather (the Sales Manager of Omcan USA) has always been a tremendous help whether its product inquiry, rush orders, service call, and even delivery! She literally helped delivered a new wine cooler to my clients place on a weekend (non-working hours) when she was 9 months pregnant; she delivered her baby the week after. This is what I call dedication, she is someone I can always count on!!! 5 star!
