Im really surprised at the negative reviews, my experience with Caliber Aero has been extremely pleasant and have nothing negative to say about the company as a whole. Excellent customer service and great staff goes a long way!

I am with a compressor & pump company that was contracted by the manager Greg Cox. After completing inspections at an agreed rate as well as ordering non stocking parts for their machine. They RATTED and basically made their stance clear we would not be paid for what we were owed. They are low-lifes, cheats, bums, & they simply dont pay their bills. As a vendor, I suggest you never do work for this company! Even if you have a P.O. They are crooks, pure criminals. Let people come and do work all the while knowing they arent going to pay. I wish I could choose a 0 star rating.

Hard working employees beware! The job description they give you may be deceiving. I was told I would be doing shipping and receiving for “an aerospace company.” The agency even had me tailor my resume to fit the shipping and receiving role. When I got to the place where the job location they showed me to the lathe, where I stayed for about 2 months. When I asked about doing other work I got scoffed at and told “this is where we need you so it is here where you will work.” They wanted me to work a production lathe for 8 hours a day and there was heavy pressure for me to work overtime. The working environment was so bad I had to buy a respirator and sealed eye protection to prevent metal shards from flying into my eyes. I could only wear the respiratory gear in the morning 7AM~11AM because the heat made my face sweat and the mask would become unbearably uncomfortable. So I could have clean air to breathe for that time period only. They promised to purchase another fan to reduce heat exposure because there was always one fan short of one for each worker which caused a bit of resentment between employees. I ended up buying my own fan. Also, the restroom provided for the working employees was not maintained at all. I cleaned the restroom during my first week so it was less unsanitary.. The manager told me never do anything like this again until I tell you specific instructions. I’ve emptied the trash a few times since, but other than that it received no attention. I have a picture. The management and office staff used a separate restroom which was adequately clean and sanitary. It was located in their air conditioned office. At the end of my employment.. I stood up in defense for the labor supervisor and in turn the co-owner? assaulted me physically. I acted with restraint, did not retaliate and told him “do not assault me.” I will not be pressing charges for the assault.. but Dave, the co-owner? of caliber aero is a mega greedy (rhymes with fattoush) bag. This next part gives you some background on myself and describes a situation. It’s relevant because it gives some context as to where my point of view on this situation comes from....I have a small business which I had to downsize. I hired an acquaintance because I heard he has lost his job and had relevant experience. At every opportunity to take advantage of my kindness he would. I procured and encouraged the use of protective safety equipment, MSDS information etc. and I offered many times to teach this guy everything I know about business, ACCTG (GAAP), and management that I’ve learned in college. He didn’t see the value of any of it. In fact, He would constantly criticize the way I was running things and questioned me whenever I took time to handle things associated with accounting, marketing or other administrative tasks. I finally had to part ways with the guy but it was too late. I could not stay in business without selling off some assets and downsizing the operation. I even had to trade in my work truck because the guy took off with it for 6 weeks. I didn’t hear from him once until I tracked him down at a new residence and drove off with my truck. The next day he calls me first thing with every excuse and sob story in the book. He had a key to the ignition so I was forced to trade it in to avoid further liability. The I point I am making is this: it does not matter what position you are in... business owner... manager ... employee... contractor... people are cynical enough to try and eat your lunch at every chance they get and suffer no remorse. Most people have no regard for your well-being, safety or success.I understand now what the word foolish means...Doing the right thing, no matter of the consequence.

Great company and friendly people who are animal lovers. FYI - Greg Cox is no longer employed at Caliber and the compressor guy is a little over the top there.
