I don’t usually Review anything but i felt the need to say it. This is the place to go get your nails done! They’re professionals everything is so clean. Customer service is great!!! Everything about this place is simply amazing! Will definitely be returning

This salon was difficult rate. On one hand even though we had an appointment we waited well over an hour. However we were given somewhat of a discount for waiting so long and they did a decent pedicure for my friend and I. So if you’re not in a hurry give this place a try

This is the BEST nail salon in Santa Cruz! It is not fancy but the nail technians take their time with each customer and do a fantastic job. Make an appointment though, they are very popular and often must turn away walk-ins.

I just had the most relaxing two hours here. I got the spa pedicure and a regular manicure and had not only the best leg and arm/hand massages I’ve ever had when getting my nails done, but also, a very detail oriented paint job with ample layers. Couldn’t recommend them more. Also, I didn’t have cash and they told me “don’t worry about tip” which I will definitely not take them up on. First thing on my to do list is sending cash in the mail (I don’t live here). Very kind, very relaxing afternoon here.

Absolutely the best pedicure I have ever had and the employees here are the nicest people. I live 2 hrs away but will be coming back here to get my pedicures. Great excuse to see my family while I am there. ;)

I love this place! They really provide the best service and pay attention to detail. I absolutely love my nails, the shape and the color. I appreciated their help picking out the color and giving an amazing arm massage after- which really helps a full time grad student! Will definitely be back! 💅🏻☺️

I LOVE this salon! I have been on the hunt for my go to salon and I will be going back as soon as my current manicure comes off.I am a preschool teacher, so lots of hand washing, and my nails last up to 4-6 weeks without a chip or any imperfection! They are so thorough and precise it’s so worth the money!! I do wish they had more colors because I have a hard time finding colors I like. I am a blues, greens, and greys type of gal and it’s hard to find the right shade for the seasons. That would be my only feedback! Get more of those colors and I will be a happy gal!I 10/10 recommend! Last time I was there was back in Oct and I peeled my nails off because I wanted a new color on my nails. I should have gone back but I wanted to try a diff salon, but regret!See you guys soon :) *expect to be there for up to 2 hours, but ladies WORTH IT!

This is the best manicure I’ve ever gotten. I have never had a gel last even close to how long mine did that I got here. It is the nail prep that makes all the difference and the people here take their time and did it right!!!! If I could give them more stars I would.

I had a really good experience at Mission Nails on Sunday 10/25/2020. I booked an appointment the same morning and arrived on time. I totally forgot to put on my mask when I arrived and they kindly reminded me to do so. Due to COVID-19,every business requires masks to be worn. I’m glad they’re proactive about it.The staff is kind and friendly. The place is clean and parking was easy to find.I got the gel pedicure with hot stone massage and paraffin wax treatment. I loved it. My nails came out awesome. My feet and legs feel great and my rough heels are gone. I also got some waxing done and they did a great job with that too.I asked if I’m the future, I could bring my own nail instruments and have them use those. They said they could. Happy about that too because I like to autoclave my own nail tools.I definitely plan on coming back for future services.

Clean nail saloon. The manicure didn’t last so long, but all in all happy with the service.

Recently moved to the area. My husband and I came here to relax from some of the stress. We had a wonderful experience! The staff did wonderful work and we left very satisfied.

I got my nails done there three weeks ago and havent had one break or chip. And the Polish still looks pretty good even after working in the garden every day for the past 3 weeks. :-)

Pauline was amazing! She took her time and did my nails perfect. She also explained to my how to keep my nails healthy and why it might be better for me to go from acrylic to dip powder. Ive been getting my nails done for 2 years now and Ive never been treated so kind and attentively. This is my new nail spot and will definitely be back for a fill soon.

I drive down from South San Francisco to go to this place every month with a couple of girlfriends. It’s amazing. The people are so nice, they do a great, thorough job, friendly, and give the best shoulder rubs!!! I want to keep this place a secret, but it’s really the best pedicure spot I’ve ever had, and all the girlfriends I bring say the same thing!

This place is the bomb, the leg and arm massages are the best ever and yet they are so reasonable, just make sure you have at least 2 hours for a full mani/pedi it’s worth it 💚

When I arrived i showed them exactly what I wanted they said oh very pretty oh yes we help you right now they had me waiting for about 30 minutes a woman said Im ready for you show me the picture again and I did so and she ended up telling me she couldnt do it so waist of my time when I could of been getting them done somewhere else thank you, but im never going back to them.

Sometimes this place is amazing. They do take appointments which is great (real ones!) But they take forever most of the time so it will never be quick.

These ladies are absolutely wonderful. They are very courteous and professional. I always have manicure and pedicure combination. Excellent prices. I highly recommend giving them an opportunity.

Mission Nails and Spa is best in town for pani-medi. Their work is impeccable and they take time to do a good job. Only time gel has actually lasted me 2 weeks plus. Will continue to come back!

***UPDATED REVIEW***Went from 3 stars to 5 stars because the quality of my mani/pedis here are incredible. I did gel here that lasted for 3 weeks unchipped! With the exception of a tiny chip that happened after a week, I went back in and she fixed the chip for free. Even when I get regular manis, they last and look great! I wouldnt recommend coming if youre on a time crunch, but if you want a quality job that will last, this is the place to go!*******************They do a great job when it comes to nails and I like how youre not overwhelmed with an acetone smell when you first walk in, but they are lacking in time management. It took two hours to do a mani/pedi because they did them separately instead of at the same time. Even though I call and schedule an appointment, they havent been on time either time. This last time that I made an appointment for me and 2 other friends during lunch, they called and said theyre running 15 mins late, which is fine. I show up 15 mins after my original appointment time, and she just finished some other girls feet and JUST starting her mani and expects me to wait until shes done to get my pedi. Makes it very difficult to squeeze in a nail appointment during lunch time.
