I brought a watch in for a new battery. The jeweler there replaced it immediately and cleaned it up. I couldnt ask for better service. There is a good vibe emanating from inside this shop. Highly recommend.

Did a good job finding and fitting a new stone in my grandfathers ring. Unfortunately I brought in a watch for servicing which stopped keeping time a short while afterwards. I brought the watch back in, it was fixed and returned to me with scratches on the crystal. So Adolfo agrees to help find a glass crystal to replace the plastic crystal. After weeks of no communication I finally got the watch back with a completely smashed crystal. Adolfo proceeded to blame me for the broken crystal saying my own impatience was the reason I received my watch broken into pieces. The opposite of good customer service, wow Ive rarely ever felt this insulted. I do not like leaving reviews especially negative reviews but I am left with the most bitter of tastes, especially after purchasing a necklace and the afformentioned ring.Adolfo, the customer is always right. Apparently in all your years in business you either never learned or forgot.

The gentleman was very kind and knowledgeable of products. I needed a watch repaired and he did it on the spot for $25. He even cleaned it up and made it look like new!

The owners are great, genuine people! They will work with you if you need to put something on layaway.Also, they sell a lot of Mexican products that are very cute, such as party favors for baby showers etc.Ive gotten a few pieces of jewelry here, starting with my quinceañera gold ring.Then, came our wedding bands, and my husbands gold watch.Highly recommended!!
