My MAC blew the fan and sounded like a rotor that had come loose on a helicopter. Old MAC went down abruptly after 10 good years. Because the old MAC could not be turned on, it made migration to a new MAC difficult, so many thanks to Luigi and Quist who got all my data off my busted MAC and migrated to the new one, quickly and for a super reasonable price. And just the nicest guys around too. THANKS!!!

Luigi is a stand up businessman. I told him my issue over the phone and he asked me to hold while he looked at the disassembly diagram to create a game plan to fix the USB on my laptop. After a brief hold, he told me to in order to replace the USB I would have to replace the motherboard and it would be costly. He said, however, I can get a thunderbolt to USB adapter on amazon for ten dollars and my problem would be fixed. Luigi has earned all of my future business for repairs and at home IT support for my wifes business.

These guys are awesome! I brought them my macbook pro, wanting to install and new hard drive and operating system, because I was getting an error message when attempting it on my own (I can usually fix/figure things out). Well apparently it was a tough problem, and in many words shortened to few, they hacked the system, rewrote part of the code, and implemented some scripts to trick my computer into thinking it was newer then it actually was, so that I could LEGALLY install the most recent OS. These guys go above and beyond! Also they are just awesome people. Truly dont go anywhere else, Please Point Computers kick a$$

These guys are amazing. The best computer repair service Ive ever used. Theyre honest about the problem your computer has, friendly, and knowledgable. I brought in my non functioning gaming computer I built for them to them to fix. They found out it wasnt working due to a faulty part, and since they charge by repair done not time spent, I only paid a $20 diagnostic fee. They must have spent hours troubleshooting but since they couldnt fix it I paid nothing more and they told me what I needed to replace. I will definitely give my business to them again.

I was so impressed with these guys. I needed a new charging cable for my Macbook. They beat the online price by about 30 bucks. I asked how they could do it. The reply was that they get a good deal on these cables and just wanted pass it on to their customers. Yes....thats the kind of stuff that does it for me.

I went in to wipe my computers so that I could donate them. Not only did PPC take care of it on the spot they took the laptops for donation to school kids. Really top notch!
