Eric came to do my carpets after having a new puppy in the house through potty training. He came right on time and was so professional and took excellent care to place things under my furniture so the water would not damage anything. When I came home my carpet and area rugs looked like brand new. I was so happy. I would give these guys TEN stars if I could! Extremely professional, friendly and above and beyond service! My mother has been hiring them to clean her home carpet for years and now I know why she wont use anyone else.I have a healing arts center that gets lots of foot traffic. In one of my massage therapy rooms I have a large area rug that comes apart in 2x2 squares that desperately needed to be cleaned and reassembled after cleaning. There were oil stains and dark soot stains from the horrific Santa Cruz fires last August. Quality Carpet Care did a great job getting the carpet squares spotless (like new). They reassembled the carpet perfectly and helped me move my heavy electric massage table in and out and also threaded an extension chord under the squares. It took quite a bit of work to finagle the chord and get the carpet squares arranged perfectly. These guys did an incredible job! I was very impressed with their service, making sure everything was perfect before leaving. I will definitely hire them again. Thank you Quality Carpet Care for being the best in town!

Eric and Beau did a beautiful job cleaning our carpets which were badly soiled with pet stains from a new dog. They were professional, efficient, and friendly. The cost was very reasonable. I will definitely hire this company again. The experience did wonders for my mental health!

Amazing service! Since this company was required by my landlord I wasnt sure what to expect but they cleaned the carpets really well, and at an excellent price too! Theres not really an odor either!

I was going to reupholster my dining room chairs because they were stained and looked horrible. Just before I did, I thought of these guys and thank goodness I did. I saved a ton of money, the chairs look like new and I didnt even have to try to find a match for the old material. Not only that, the chairs were only out of commission for a couple hours instead of weeks. GREAT SERVICE! 10/10 would recommend!

These guys were experts. They got out stains that I thought were very permanent. Dog stains and smells too. They also took one of my carpets back to their warehouse and and cleaned it and brought it back looking like new. They were friendly, professional, affordable, and proficient. I have had other carpet care cleaners before, but this was by far the most excellent service in town!!
