SCAM-DO NOT HIRE! Mobile German Auto Works is NOT a repair shop. They only coordinate repairs and charge you wrongly for repairs or services not performed.

Do NOT use these guys for your repair, They do not know how to repair . They double charge me for the work that they didnt or couldnt perform . What kind of mechanic ask the customer how to fix or repair their vehicle ??? They ask me how can they fix it so I had to go online to trouble shoot the problem . They double charge $235 x2 for work they can NOT get done.The next day I had my brother help me and my brother is not a mechanic and it took him 5 minutes to loosen the nut for the auto park system to release the transmission to get it in gear .They took my credit card info on the phone charge me once and then had my keys and made me swipe my card again since my renters gave them the keys and in order to get my keys back.Customer BEWARE !!! DO NOT USE THEM OR YOU WILL BE RIP OFF !!!

IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD!!! THIS MAN IS A THEIF HE TAKES ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE IN DIRE SITUATIONS. HE WAS HIRED TO FIX THE RESERVOIR AND CHARGED US $1,100 !!!! HE THEN CALLS ME TO TELL ME A HOSE NEEDS TO BE FIXED BECAUSE IF I I DONT LET HIM FIX IT THE COOLANT WOULD SPILL AND THAT IT IS WHAT IT IS AND WE WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO DRIVE IT. HE CHARGED US $400 FOR THAT!!! THEN WE DRIVE 3 HRS TO PICK IT UP( WE ARE NOT FROM THE AREA) AND SAYS THE ALTERNATOR DOESNT WORK AND THAT ANOTHER $1,100 !!! I TOLD HIM TO LET ME TAKE MY CAR. HE SAID NO AND MADE US STAY THE NIGHT AND RENT A HOTEL!! WE PICKED IT UP THE NEXT DAY! HE WAS NOT HAPPY AND KEPT SAYING I WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO TAKE IT OFF OF THE LOT! THIS GUY IS A FRAUD!!! SCAMMER!!! DO NOT COME HERE!!!! HE OVER CHARGES AND FIXES THINGS THAT ARE NOT BROKEN!!! FRAUD! FRAUD! FRAUD!!!!!!!!!!!!

Either a rip off artist or totally incompetent! If there was a lower score he deserves it. My sons Audi had a rodent that chewed through some wires. With a few minutes of work and some electrical tape this problem could have been fixed, instead the technician said he needed his key reprogrammed because the alarm system was going off. Duh! It was because the insulation was chewed off the wires! He charged $200 for a completely bogus diagnosis. When asked to refund my money he claimed that they did their job. The call ended with us yelling obscenities at each other. Incompetent Jerk!

Worst experience Ive had with a mechanic. They tried to get me to replace my clutch even though it was just a hose that needed to be replaced. I wouldnt recommend trying them- I regret it :(
