Made an appointment to have some front suspension work done. They were helpful on the phone and clear about prices. I dropped my car off in the morning. It was fixed on schedule and I was able to pick up next day. Everything couldnt have been handled more professionally. I will definitely be back for any work I need done in future.

Good customer service and quick turnaround. Dispatch problem when scheduler did not pass on that I would wait for car. Service was not completed when expected, but dispatcher comped the smog check due to miscommunication. Ill go back again.

I was reccomended to Bobbys Pit Stop because my 1995 Jeep Grand Cherokee kept intermittently dying. Ive had this issue for the past several months and was never able to pin point the issue. I brought it into Bobbys Pit Stop to try to get some answers. They kept it for 2 weeks until it finally died and they were able to pin point it to the ECU (computer). They ordered the part and installed it and I had my car back 2 days later! I am forever grateful for Bobbys Pit Stop!!!

This place is a rip off. Great for getting your smog but then they hit you with this part needs replaced and your bill goes up. Smog yes but keep your eye on them. Especially Bubba!

I recently scheduled an oil change/battery issues and replacement/remote start/smog test at Bobbys Pit stop. All was going well until we received a phone call that the battery change would cost $195 (seemed a bit high) with supposedly a dead cell. I called around to several other places and was quoted $100-125 with no service fee charged. I called in and requested not to do the battery change and mentioned much cheaper quotes elsewhere, guy on the phone talked to another and stated that it was due to a 30 minute service charge (30 minutes to replace a battery??). When my wife went to pick up the car everyone was friendly, then when she went to turn the car on it wouldnt start. The dealership had turned the light to the on position (we always have it on Auto, no exceptions) and left it there, Ill let you draw your own conclusion as to whether or not it was intentional. She acted nice, got a jump and left to Oil Can Henrys down the road.There she was quickly and politely advised that her battery was testing fine at 80% Life approx, they did a quick check and realized that the battery was low on water thus causing issues (apparently Bobbys doesnt check for this or prefers not to mention). The quickly filled it up and suggested waiting a couple days and said they didnt want to charge for work that wasnt necessary (ie replacing a perfectly good battery). My wife happily tipped $20 for the good service with multiple polite/profession service people at Oil Can Henrys and went on her way.An hour later, battery works great, remote start running well and it was at no cost from a professional establishment. Bobbys Pit stop overcharged, didnt do a thorough review of the battery and on top of all that I just realized today they didnt even provide or likely complete the smog test on our vehicle although they did charge for it. Avoid this location at all costs and go to a reputable store right down the road.

Bobby stands by his work and was quick to take a drive with me so I could show him the sounds I was complaining about.Work was done the next day and at no charge. Ok so my daughter took her car in to be fixed. It was running really rough and she had no idea what the problem was. So, they put it on their state of the art diagnostic machine and BAM! They diagnosed the problem and as it turns out it was only about a $3.50 repair. (plus the diagnostic). BUT WAIT, theres more. As she was leaving she broke her key off IN THE IGNITION. Those guys took care of her, got the key out of the ignition, no charge. Thanks guys for taking such good care of my daughter. Now I dont have to worry quite so much. Theres a RELIABLE (believe me thats a rare thing) mechanic near by her that she can take her car to WITHOUT paying the dealer high prices. I will breathe a little easier knowing that her car can get repaired by a reputable place even though I live far away.

My daughter is a student at UC Santa Cruz, and 400 miles from home. I felt helpless as she was experiencing intermittent loss of power followed by hard starts. I looked up a mechanic shop on-line, read some reviews and hoped for the best as she made an appointment at Bobbys Pit Stop. She took her 2006 Hyundai in for repair. She was treated with respect and courtesy and was listened to as she explained the symptoms. They were honest as they explained how a problem can be difficult to diagnose when it can not be witnessed first hand. The nailed it their first try as it turned out to be a sensor of some sort. She drove away for a fair price, but we still had to wait and see if the problem would return. It has not. Thanks guys for the nice treatment, the quick repair and mostly for a parents piece of mind!
