Called for an estimate. They told me 3 weeks just for an estimate. Between Christmas and new years day. Called on 12/1/20. They must be good if they have that much business, but whos going to wait that long in December with no heat? Duct needed to be replaced under small house. Went with Freedom heating. 3 days to get estimate repair scheduled 5 more days later for repair. Bogner might want to consider hiring more employees if they have that much business. They just lost a client that could have given them more business since I am a engineer at Watsonville hospital. Our air handlers are about do for exterior duct work/replacement. Im responsible for choosing our contractors. You snooze you lose.

Great company! The technicians assigned to help clean my ducts were both very informative and polite. They provided a quote before he started the cleaning and while he laid out all the available options, there was absolutely no pressure to up sell and get more done than I wanted. He did a thorough job and even cleaned our dryer vent for no charge! Highly recommend.

Sorry I have to give these guys only 2 stars. Their original service guy was fantastic and did a magnificent job replacing a water heater. Man, I thought Id found someone I could really trust. Then it came to our furnace. The ducting guy (I guess they needed a specialist) was the other end of the spectrum. Got a lot of run and conflicting stories. First is was our furnace was OK (their first guy) and could last a few more years (confirmed by PG&E) but that our problem was that the ducting was done wrong (15 years ago) and that they needed to have a different person come out. The ducting specialist came out and said yea the ducting is weird and then said he would refer the cost of fixing it to the sales guy. Sales guy comes out and we decided to ask about also getting a new furnace. End result according to the sale guy was that we really dont need to fix the ducting unless we want to upgrade, you just need to buy a new furnace to fix the problem. When we asked about what the first service guy said (the only one I trust at this point), they quickly changed the subject and said no the real issue is that we have an old furnace and it needs to be replaced. Checked with previous home owners (weve owned the house for 8 months) and they said they never had this kind of an issue. So, even though great service on my water heater, only 2 stars for conflicting answers and not focusing on our short term problem vs selling us a new furnace. Sorry

We are 30 year customers of Bogner Sheet Metal. Their service has always been top notch: reasonably priced, and done right the first time, by competent and courteous staff. Besides routine service, they have replaced inferior plastic ducting with well-insulated metal ducting, and they installed a new high-efficiency furnace with electro-static air filtration and three heat zones. These folks really know their business!

The best! Micah (I believe is his name) works fast, does everything that needs to be done to provide excellent service.A year has gone by, trouble-free, another maintenance & still going!
