Hands down Elgin is the MAN! When my husband and I finally agreed to purchase a new home, we were in need of a real estate agent to simultaneously sell our existing home and to help us find a new home. My husband said he had an old family friend in mind. Needless to say I was skeptical. I pondered... will this person be professional? Will he do the work? Boy was I pleasantly surprised. Not only was Elgin professional, He also made us feel like we were his only clients. He is truly a master of his craft. Elgin kept us informed, and was always steps ahead. His experience was on full display when we experienced a major hiccup with our first buyer. Elgin didnt flinch. We canceled that contract, house was placed back on the market the next day and actually closed within 4 weeks. During that time, Elgin continued to advocate for us with the builder of our new home ensuring we would not loose it. The new owners charged us rent to allow us to stay there for one week. Elgin didnt hesitate to assist us and graciously covered the cost (1k). We also recieved a couple of much needed gift cards for restaurants in the area near our new home, which I was very grateful for. I would definitely work with Elgin again. He is the MAN!
