Worked with Robert on both a sale and a purchase recently. He was very knowledgeable about the current state of the industry and the local market. He took the time to explain every aspect of the offers coming in as well as the offer we sent out.In regards to the sale, he had the photographer at our house within 2 days and the house on the market by the end of the week – a strategic move to wait until Friday. He was able to generate a good turnout at our place and by the next Monday we were looking at 3 offers, 2 of which were over the asking price. I think the pictures he commissioned were the key driver of this. Robert took care of setting up everything form the termite inspection to letting us know when the buyer was going to do their inspection so we could arrange to be gone. He was there to answer any questions that either my wife or I had regarding terms and conditions of the sale, or language in the documents, or just any questions in general.With regards to the purchase, Robert was able to get us into a house before it was even listed officially. We generated an offer that night, and within 24 hours he called with good news. He took care of setting everything up and just let us know where we needed to be and when. All the documents were provided to us through email so it was VERY easy to sign and return.Overall a very pleasant and smooth experience. Would recommend Robert to anyone thinking about buying or selling a property in the near future.

Robert has helped me twice in my real estate endeavors. The first was in an auxiliary fashion, where he referred me to a real estate agent in the Bay Area. The agent he referred was of the highest quality, which shows Robert is careful about his recommendations. The second was helping my uncle purchase a house in the Santa Clarita Valley. My uncle had previously been working with another agent, and progress was at a standstill after many months. Since Robert had helped me previously, I suggested to my uncle that he switch to Robert. He did so, and within a few weeks my uncle had an accepted offer, due to some pretty creative thinking on Roberts part.
