Great experience! Our piano sounds now way better and sticky keys are fixed. Bob is a great person and professional. We were able to book the appointment on Sunday, the next day after my call. The price is very reasonable. Highly recommended to all piano owners.

I was really impressed with Bobs work. His price was great and he was professional and courteous. He even gave us a discount because our newly-acquired used piano was so old that a few of the lower base notes couldnt get completely in tune. A day or two later I noticed that there was a slight ringing/vibration sound with some of the base notes (Im not sure if it was there originally and i just didnt hear it, or if it started later). I called Bob up and he came over to fix it for no extra charge. Very impressed!
