Always have a good result with my interactions with Hear USA. Sometimes difficult to get in touch by phone so I will usually drive to the office, although they request an appointment. I have been unsuccessful making one.However, As mentioned, I have always had a good result. Sergio and the office manager always know what to do. Definitely deserve the five star rating.

I have Kaiser and got referred to Hear USA for treatment for my hearing loss. And I cannot express enough how great this store is!Sergio is the tech who handles everything from the assessment to programming the hearing aids. He is friendly, professional, and very, very knowledgeable. Im 49 years old, so the thought of needing hearing aids was a bit daunting. But Segio answered all my questions, gave me all of my options as far as which hearing aids would work for me, and laid out the cost after discounts and what Kaiser covered. This really helped me calm down and make an informed decision. When my hearing aids came in, Sergio went over in great detail how to use them, clean them, change the batteries, etc.Dolores is the person who runs the front office. She is also very friendly and professional. She helps you fill out the paperwork and explains what they need to get your process started. She is also very good at follow up calls to ensure you will make your appointment or to see if you need to reschedule.I did read some of the negative reviews about this place. I can tell you that Sergio and Dolores are not the same staff on which these bad reviews are based. So come check this store out if you are in need of hearing aids. Sergio and Dolores will take great care of you!

The Facility is clean and the staff are very welcoming and eager to help assist you. I have been to many hear usa offices and the Santa Clarita office is the best so far. I definitely keep coming to this hear usa.

Through my insurance, I scheduled an appointment with Hearusa, reading reviews from a year ago didnt affect my decision to see what my options were. I want to acknowledge what an amazing experience I had, especially this being the first time I have ever had to get hearing aids, I wasnt sure what I was in for. I had the pleasure of working with Sergio who was absolutely amazing. After seeing what was covered by insurance, he gave me the options that were available to me, and explained the benefits of which hearing aid would better suit my high frequency hearing loss. Sergio was very patient and very helpful with walking me through this process and also programmed my aids for my specific needs with different programs. The receptionist was very friendly when I arrived and I like how they have covid safety protocol in place. I know looking at past reviews can be a turn off, but there is new staff and they definitely took great care of me. Highly recommend this center for your hearing aid needs.

I called the young lady in Santa Clarita on bouquet canyon excuse me but a real b**** I might add I asked for a quote on hearing test and programming my hearing aids she quoted me $500 and told me I have never had my hearing aids program there before which I have I went to audiology and associates $100 hearing test and programming my hearing aids. The friendliest staff you can find

I was just looking to see what options there were for HAs for my 92 yo father. Made an appt. and filled out some paperwork. I gave them everything they needed to make a recommendation. They also wanted paperwork with insurance info, medical record #, phone # and email address. I told them Id happily give them that info if we decided to buy from them, but they said they wouldnt even see us without it. Since when do they need that info for a recommendation? Oh yes...to sell it.Ended up going to Costco. Probably cheaper but with the same high quality HAs.

Even with Kaiser discount they were crazy expensive
