Convenient since repairs are done remotely. Rates very reasonable. On site visits were made when I needed a new installation. Excellent service.

Jamison Computer took good care of my iMac which had the screen connected by clips after a mostly successful home-job of upgrading to an internal SSD (mostly because I didnt do a good job reattaching the screen and it was just kind of hanging there...) Lance was incredibly knowledgeable about this procedure and not only did a great job permanently affixing the screen, but actually helped improve the overall performance of the machine by removing an extra adapter / heat sensor which wasnt needed after the original upgrade.I honestly hope to never have to take apart my iMac again but if I did, I would without hesitation entrust the job to these guys.

No idea if they are fair or good at fixing anything. After stopping there to purchase a very common computer part found in Any Repair or sales store, they were rude to my wife after keeping her waiting for 12 min in an empty room. When she asked for a common part she was told to use the internet then the guy walked out of the room.

I dropped my laptop and busted it very badlyI contacted Jameson computer repair and they said come on in well fix you up. I went and bought another computer and they switched over my data flawlessly to the new computer Im so happy they got me back on my computer in less than 8 hours. Had my keyboard damaged on my laptop, brought in for repair.....three times they claimed it was fixed when in fact the keys clearly didn’t work....frankly they either did not check to validate the one thing that was not working was now working, or they are dishonest. My relative there went to Jamison based on reviews. I build custom computers as a hobby and got my beginning in IT being a bench tech for years, so take my word on it that these guys are a rare honest bunch.They correctly identified the issues, charged an extremely reasonable price, and didnt try to upsell me on a single thing I didnt need. A+ indicators all around as far as this industry goes. Definitely give their business a try, I would give them more if I lived locally.

I spilled a drink on my computer (2015 Macbook Air) and was told by both Apple AND Best Buy that I could either rebuild it entirely (for around $800) or just use it until it stopped working. Neither would open it and look for damages without charging $800. My only problem was that it was not charging. Came to Jamison and they opened it, cleaned it, and had it fully functional in a number of hours. All for under $200. No fuss about AppleCare or warranties. Amazing.
