The staff was so customer oriented it surprised me. I was not there to purchase a bike, or even a high-dollar item, but the staff treated me with respect and they were very knowledgeable. I ended up with great elbow pads for my son and had a great conversation about the Trek Bike of Santa Clarita. I have ridden there plenty of times and it is one of my favorite things to do in Santa Clarita. The fact that Trek invested in Santa Clarita with that wonderful place to ride shows their dedication to our community.

I wish I had a Store like this in the San Diego Market. I drove over 3 hours to your location looking for a specific bike. Alasdair and his team were awesome. This bike shop actually had a quality variety of bikes to look at and choose from. I really enjoyed that they also had nice accessories and clothing available as well. Truly a pleasure to deal with Alasdair at Trek.

Took my bike here to have the gears replaced after calling and calling another place that said theyd call when they were in but never did. The people I dealt with were super nice but, more importantly, they checked out my bike found a couple more issues, and fixed everything super fast. It was done in 1-1/2 days! Highly recommend!

We travelled 5 hours from Las vegas to purchase our Trek bikes at their store in Santa Clarita. We would do it all over again and again. Alasdair Fraser (the general manager) is extremely professional, knowledgable and courteous, with one goal in mind, to make sure the customers get the best advice, service and the best bike for what they need. which is lacking in so many other places. I cant say enough.

I highly recommend this establishment for your Trek or any bicycle needs and service. I called for service and was answered by a voice that was willing to assist. When I arrived I was met with courtesy, professionalism and a friendly attitude. When I picked up our bikes the extra ordinary service continued. Though I hope to enjoy our bikes more, I know if I ever need anything, I know where to go.

Trek in Saugus is your one stop shop for everything bike related. I originally bought a trek from the Pasadena store, but I had to buy a newer rack because of the new geometry of my mountain bike. Luckily Trek Saugus had a few racks in stock so they were able to get me one that fit my new bike.As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the most knowledgeable salesman/technician I’ve ever dealt with, Patrick. Patrick was super chill, super friendly, and was eager to get my bike setup the way I wanted. I thought I knew what features my trek had, but he dove deeper into explaining more about how my bike’s suspension and tires could further help me on the trail based on which settings I could set them at depending on my riding style. He showed me websites, tires, products, and really went above and beyond being of service to me, which I greatly appreciated.If you need help with your bike, buying a bike, or are in seek of knowledge regarding bikes... this is the place to be. They know what the hell they’re doin.

So thankful to have a great shop in Santa Clarita. Jesse took his time and went so far out of his way to make sure our bike was dialed in for the race weekend and we got some amazing support from the whole team including sharing some suspension knowledge and last minute parts swap to resolve a brake issue. Took my budget trek marlin in for a cleaning service. I was planning on converting to a 1x drivetrain at some point so i was running an unideal setup by not having the front derailleur on the bike (call it a trial period seeing how i like 1x). that said, when i bough the bike in the mechanic on hand immediately tried to upsell me a more expensive bike trying to claim that the drivetrain conversion would cost as much as a higher end bike (for context the marlin was around $500 when i bought it and the parts for the conversion which i intended to do myself at some point would only be around $375). Thus the point. this store is not an independent bike shop partnered with trek. It is exclusively owned and operated by trek meaning they really only carry their mid-high end bikes here. (they do not sell their budget marlins, 820s, etc. here. from what i can remember, they pretty much only sell their MTB models that are approx. $1,000+ with the cheapest being the x-caliber.) However if you are looking for the budget trek bikes, there is an local shop partnered (and i think now owned in part by trek) that does sell them over in newhall a few miles down the road.

I bought the bike from this branch. But I forgot to get mount which comes with the bike. But their manager called me and sent me nice gifts as well. I like that how they are treating with their customers. Thank you so much guys. Good luck.

Positive vibe all around.

My experience at this location was overall good to be fair and honest.I drove hour and half to get the ride I wanted for my size M/L that looks like is sold everywhere.The staff super friendly, store nice and clean.Only giving 4stars because the sales person who was super nice and friendly was supposed to check the bike for me so I could go out and tried at the parking lot and he gave the bike with low pressure tires as made me question about the quality or training of their staff, good thing Ive been driving bicycles since I can remember.Other thing Im not happy is the fact bought a ride over 2k and yet doesnt come with standard pedals that makes you pay another $50* for it extra?

Very nice shop, organized well and many bikes in stock. Lots of excellent accessories available also. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and happy to answer questions. Im very happy to have this new shop in my area.
