Pete was able to replace my condenser, compressor and expansion valve all in one day. His quotes for big repair was very competitive compared to the other shops and the dealer. Since I have been temporarily living in Santa Clarita, I didnt know of a good place to get my car repaired. I needed a simple oil change so I decided to try SCV, and to check them out for any future repairs. I went back to get a quote on replacing my heater core. I even told Pete that I wouldnt be upset if he didnt want to do it, because its a tough and time consuming job. He told me that he would get back to me with a price, but he never did. It has been weeks. So thats how you treat your customers, huh? If he didnt want to do the job, he should have told me from the very beginning! Thats okay!. This place is nothing more than a store front with backyard mechanics! Buyer beware!I read your response and your judgement of my character. Let me start by saying that I used to be a service advisor at a car dealership. When your mechanics do an oil change by jack up my car with a floor jack instead of putting it on a car life, thats Backyard mechanics!I have a problem with loud noises because loud noises literally hurt my ears. When I was trying to explaining what I wanted you to do, a loud car drove down the street, and I had to stop talking because it hurt my ears and I wanted you to clearly understand what I was trying to say. Within seconds, a fire truck came to the intersection blaring its siren. Once again I had to stop talking. What did you do? You started jumping up and down fist pumping the fire truck, mocking me! Thats what your character says about you! You say that you garage is ASC certified? You are probably the only one at your garage that is. Why dont you post your mechanics ASC Certifications here so everyone can see them. I wont hold my breath! Good bye!
