While these folks offer discounted/ fair pricing on insurance, it comes at a high cost. If you’re looking for customer service or people that are readily available to help you over the phone, do not bother with fiesta auto insurance. I’ve had an easier time dealing with the DMV. So in a nutshell: you’re better off paying more at a more well known establishment that gives you the time of day to take care of you as a customer. Too many excuses, calls going to voicemail, and poor customer service.

She’s very good at what she does she takes the time to help you find a insurance suitable for you and is willing to answer any question you might have. Highly recommend this location.

Customer Service is not as good as it use to. Ladies answering the phone appear to not liking customers asking questions. I have sent alot of business to this location for insurance and tax filing but I think I will consider doing it elsewhere. Maybe all this place needs is to train employees better customer service needs.
