Brain Stephens is an amazing Insurance Agent. Hes very professional, very honest and always willing to help me with all my insurance needs. He has out standing integrity even if it means losing a policy. Several years ago I had gotten a car insurance quote from another companythe quote came back lower then the policy, I had with State Farm (Brian Stephens). Long story short I went with the other agent because the price was unbeatable. I was sad to leave State Farm but the price was right. Sense then I have returned to State Farm and I am happy to be back. What I really likes about Brian was he was very transparent and honest to say he I can not bet that price. I also like the fact that I can put a face to my agent and not just call a 1-800 number. Brian Stephens is a rarity in the insurance Business, a true class act, indeed Sui Generis.I was having major issues with a State Farm water damage claim where claim processing was astoundingly slow; took almost 8 weeks for me to get the check on hand. These are complications brought about by inefficiency and ineptitude of the people involved in the claim from the initial point of contact to the claims adjuster. These people do not know how to communicate and they do not reply to calls or emails as if it is by design. For a reputable insurance company such as State Farm, this experience was harrowing, dreadful and truly, irksome.I do not have a relationship with my insurance agent, well except the one for my cars, Beatrice, who had rose above & beyond for me for a previous claim.Brian Stephens rose to that level when he interceded on my behalf in the communication chain, which puts me in touch with the right person, Collete Patterson, to put pressure on the assigned adjuster to expedite the process.Brian was instrumental to get things done, and that, I appreciate profoundly. It is for this reason that I will stick to State Farm for my home insurance, even after the nightmare of dealing with people assigned in claims; It is because I have somebody in their business structure that could point me to the right hierarchical directions to properly navigate the seemingly endless maze to get paid for a claim.My respect, gratitude and appreciation to you Mr. Stephens; you sir are in a class of your own.

Brian and his team are exceptionally professional, friendly and helpful. I have my home, earthquake & auto insurance with Brian, as well as a car loan through State Farm Bank.
