These guys always make event rentals as easy as possible. Had to double our rental request on a Friday, an hour before closing, and they had it ready for me to pick up when I got there 30 minutes later and had me loaded up and on my way back in 8 minutes. My go too for every event my company hosts

I was there first thing when they opened only to walk in and the girl on the phone (on a personal call - not business) ignored me the entire time. I was only helped when a very nice gentleman came down stairs to assist, 8 minutes later. I was not impressed on my first visit.

AV party rental was awesome! Amanda whom we dealt with since I first placed my order was great. She gave us plenty of suggestions and worked with us. We loved how their Farm Tables looked at our wedding. Even while there was a small miscommunication with a payment closer to the wedding date, they worked with my mother in law to ensure she was satisfied and not left without money for rent. lol. I would definitely hire them again. Their prices are reasonable and even cheaper than the other rental company I had to use for items not available through AV Party Rental. They offer plenty of discounts throughout the year and their wedding day discounts definitely saved us a lot of money!

After many times using the services of A. V. Party Rentals over the years, they have always been the perfect resource. I appreciate that they have their own stock and that is always in like-new condition. When changes had to be made for an event, and additional linen was needed, I was able to get more of the same, even last minute. They make it easy to have a successful event. The employees are knowledgeable and make helpful suggestions. They have set-up and break-down options. I found it beneficial to go in and see the various displays after I looked online.

I have rented from other companies in the area but no longer the staff at AV has all of my future business! The website was easy to use and answered all my questions. If you want an easy and professional party rental company you have found it!

I went here in order to rent a projector for my grandmothers memorial. The entire process was very easy, and I felt that the customer service rep genuinely felt sympathetic for my situation. I rented the projector on a Friday, and utilized it on Saturday. I returned it hassle free on Monday, and appreciated how simple the process was. My only issue, and the reason for the four stars is that during the presentation the projector repeatedly would have a grey box flash over my slideshow. It wasnt terrible, but frequent enough that I had family asking about it.

This is going to be a long one, as I share my experience. If youre too busy to read through, the simple part of it is that I wish I could rate them ten stars out of five. Im beyond thrilled.Every year we host 40 or 50 people for Thanksgiving. Were an entertaining sort of family, so this isnt anything new to us. We just moved to Newhall from Burbank, and needed a new party supply vendor. AV Party Rentals was our first call, and Amanda(?) was so genuinely helpful, I felt good about the experience from the beginning.Delivery was super easy, and the crew was knowledgeable, brought extra propane (which wasnt in the contract, it was a courtesy) for the heaters and ovens, and even walked us through using their ovens- how to light them, demonstrated all the burners worked, and so on. This isnt something we were used to from other vendors. They even pulled their massive delivery truck up my 300ft uphill driveway, which numerous other delivery people (appliances, Fedex, and so on) have said they cant do.Enter Thanksgiving Day. If anything is going to go wrong, its going to be today, right? Right. I cant get the oven lit. I know it will light, because they demonstrated it during delivery. I just cant get it for some silly reason- without a doubt user-error. My wife says theres supposed to be an emergency contact phone number on the paperwork. I cant find it to call them, and theyre obviously closed on Thanksgiving. Heres the kicker:I sent a message asking for help on their Facebook page. Im not on the paperwork- its all my wifes name and phone number, because shes the one who created the order and made the original phone call. They got the message on Facebook, and I must have missed their response. Half an hour later, Ive figured the oven out and were fine. They called my wife to check on us- which no doubt required due diligence, because, remember, my name isnt on the paperwork, and I sent the message through my Facebook page, and not my wifes. They tried to call her, and in the massive business that is prepping and cooking for 40 people, she missed the call. AV Party Rentals CAME TO MY HOUSE ON THANKSGIVING DAY when they couldnt reach us, to make sure we got the help we needed.Im absolutely floored by the effort and consideration these folks employed on our behalf. Im so sorry I took someone away from their family on this special holiday, but without a doubt, theyve earned my business permanently.I absolutely recommend, and will continue to recommend them to my friends, family, and strangers- whenever the opportunity arises.Thank you AV Party Rentals. Youre fantastic people in a time when customer service is sorely lacking. You went far above and beyond my expectations.

I have worked with AV Party Rental on several occasions and have had perfect service. Amanda bends over backwards to help me decide what to rent -- and the delivery is easy; Ive never had a mistake or anything but clean and professional service and rental items.
