Absolute worst possible service will not pick up the phone no matter what you do

Really bad service why dont they pick up the phone.

Cant ever get them to answer the phone. I send an email and get a response a day or two days later.

I placed a order and I cant get them to respond back to me thru email, text, or website chat. Already left two messages. What is going on????

Really awful service they never pick up there phone. And they dont respond to texts. They also only stay open until 3 what shop stays open from 10 to 3.

Hands down the best place for suspension work. They did everything I needed they were quick and right on budget! I will go to them for as long as Im in the bay area.

Bought some lug nuts for $60.00 but on there website its 39.99? Okay went to try this place out but no one is friendly at all. Wont ever go here again what a joke.

A bit of an ecclectic shop that does print jobs in addition to import tuning. I came in for tire mounting and wheel alignment and they did a great job, which in my book means they didnt over torque my lug nuts and were familiar with race wheels. I would definitely pick them over your run of the mill tire shop.

They scratched my wheel while center balancing it, but repaired it free of charge (still not perfect). Cost me a lot of time and gas traveling back and forth. They gotta be more careful...Edit: found even more scratches in the center of the wheel... I cant believe how incompetent vex is at simply mounting a tire.

My go to shop for anything wheel/tire/suspension related. All the staff is super helpful and they will help you lock in that stance of your dreams.
